Overview & Reviews
The 2007 Honda CR-V is completely redesigned. It hasn't grown in size, power or seating capacity, but thanks to Honda's attention to detail, this small SUV is way up in practicality and refinement.
- Thoughtfully designed cabin with numerous family-friendly touches, high-quality interior materials, comfortable and quiet ride, agile handling.
- Could use more power for passing at highway speeds.

Great little SUV - 2007 Honda CR-V
By Sarah - September 16 - 12:33 amWe were shopping for something to replace my 06 Accord that was totaled in a wreck, while at the Honda dealer the new CR-V caught our eye. It wasnt even on our list. I love the new design, didnt care for the old one. There is very little road noise in the cabin. The brakes are excellent. Large cargo area, the seats fold down easily. It is so easy to drive around town, I think the front end may be shorter than the Accord so parking is a breeze.

So-So CR-V - 2007 Honda CR-V
By HondaFan - September 3 - 3:50 pmI bought my V new in 07. Its been a good car with its versatility, roominess and comfortable on trips and great road manners. But it has had some problems engine replaced, drive pulley replaced, constant high pitched squeal with AC on at low fan speed (found TSB for- lets see if dealer will honor), and several squeaks and rattles. Ive owned other Hondas, including a V, which is still in the family w/ 189K miles, but I dont think this one will last as long. Im def. looking to trade it in already. Im not saying people shouldnt buy the CR-V, but I would advise not to expect the same longevity as previous Honda models.

Solid SUV but needs more horsepower - 2007 Honda CR-V
By Thomas - August 15 - 10:43 pmThis SUV has great style both inside and out. This a a great car if you have one or two kids and the dog. Its actually less than advertised in the city and pertty good in the hwy. I just think it really lacks on pick up. It needs more power. Would have been great in a V6.

I love this car! - 2007 Honda CR-V
By Maureen Cahill - August 8 - 2:03 pmAfter all I have read about this car, I agree with the lack of hi-speed passing ability, but that is not a major issue for the day to day driving I do.

Would buy it all over again! - 2007 Honda CR-V
By Cole - August 6 - 8:43 amMy goal was to purchase a station wagon type vehicle for less than $20,000. This vehicle has a lot of value for its price point. Full power options, AC, MP3 stereo, tire pressure monitoring system, airbags all around, stability control...the list goes on and on! I was able to get an excellent deal of $19,999 because of it being front wheel drive vs. all wheel drive. Most people in snowy Maine prefer the latter, but with traction control, I feel there is plenty of grip with the standard traction control. My only disappointments to date are that the "captains chair" armrests are too low to be truly useful and gas mileage in mixed driving is running around 20 MPG. I had expected much higher.

The New CR-V Rocks! - 2007 Honda CR-V
By Axe1969 - August 3 - 1:13 amThis is the most efficient vehicle ive yet owned. Great MPG and requires only regular gas and is an SUV at that! Nice turning radius and maneuverablilty, but a little too much braking pressure is needed to stop. Pick up is adequate. Love the nitro gas tires. Wish the armrests were independently adjustible, as I recline more than most others do while driving (dont worry- not so much that Ill sleep). The armrest is stationary (so it rises to a more obtuse angle which means more awkward contact with the steering wheel, despite wheel telescoping and tilting). Love the car so far and my only wish other than the above is that the driver seat be multi-powered, the EX-L be powered.

Consumer Beware - 2007 Honda CR-V
By Deb - July 28 - 2:22 pmI bought this car for the long haul. What Honda fails to tell anyone is they installed a faulty rear differential and rear suspension and that is why the tires wear out by 20,000 miles. Dealerships and main office refuse to fix this problem and your complaints fall on deaf ears. Im sorry to say the problem still exists in the newer models as well! Im dumping this car asap and will NEVER own another Honda again.

the new lexus - 2007 Honda CR-V
By andi - July 28 - 6:20 amI traded in my 2004 CRV for the new updated model. I love the new design of the outside and inside of the car. The only two things I do not like is the rear visibility (for short people) and the missing cup holder in the dash, otherwise it handles much more like a luxury car, quiet, responsive, much more power and the look and feel of a much more expensive car.
