This Year's Model Updates:

The 2007 Honda CR-V is completely redesigned. It hasn't grown in size, power or seating capacity, but thanks to Honda's attention to detail, this small SUV is way up in practicality and refinement.

Pros:
  • Thoughtfully designed cabin with numerous family-friendly touches, high-quality interior materials, comfortable and quiet ride, agile handling.
Cons:
  • Could use more power for passing at highway speeds.

  • Sweet Grocery Getter - 2007 Honda CR-V

Test drove the Acadia, Edge, and Equinox. Liked the CR-V best out of all based on size and value versus price and the fact that it drives just like an Accord. The car has plenty of pick up if you know how to drive a Honda. Fuel economy is great although less than advertised (EPA estimates are off anyway), but only by a mile or two. The wife loves how easy it is to load up the groceries or all the rest of our stuff when we go somewhere. I fit comfortably at 64" and 225 in the front seats and even in the back. Great car for the money and Honda reliability/quality to boot.

I traded in my 2004 Honda CR-V for the new 2007 model. I bought the EX Model with the rear spoiler as an add on. The spoiler makes a BIG difference. LOVE the new model. Rides much better than the 2004 with the 17" alloy wheels. The new model LOOKS GREAT! HONDA has a winner with this one...a great price for a really great car!

  • Great little SUV! - 2007 Honda CR-V

Only had our CRV for a week but we love everything about it. We were sold at the test drive. Averaging over 22 mpg on first tank of gas. Love the quiet, smooth ride and comfortable seats with lots of legroom front and rear. Glad the ugly spare tire doesnt hang off the back--looks sleek and sporty! Plenty of power--who needs a V6?

  • Great Car!!! - 2007 Honda CR-V

This is a fun car to drive! I was concerned about the size of the vehicle because I have kids. They fit comfortably. The car has great power and excellent gas mileage. I used to drive a Yukon Denali and was disappointed with the handling. For much less, I got a smoother ride, fun car and great gas mileage.

First off, its an ugly car but its a great car. Function over form is how this car was built. It gets good gas mileage. For those who complain about bad gas mileage, you need to learn how to maximize your mileage. Learning when and how to press the gas and brakes is the difference between 20 mpg and 25 mpg from my experience. Lots of features for the money. Nice interior design. Handling is good, but this causes the ride to be stiffer than normal cars. As a consequence the car stays planted and doesnt float. This is not a car for people who like a sofa ride.

  • Great Car, More Reliable than Domestics - 2007 Honda CR-V

For those of you looking to buy a new vehicle, the CR-V is the way to go! The acceleration is adequate and smooth throughout. Fold the seats ahead and the back becomes a great roomy area for dogs. It handles great during inclement weather, very stable with a smaller chance of rollover than larger SUVs. Honda made a wise decision by not increasing the size of this car as so many have done!

  • Happy to return to Honda - 2007 Honda CR-V

Sold Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thought may lose interior space & power, but very pleased CR-V has plenty of space & 4 cyl has surprising zip. Smooth ride & good turn radius. Compared to Toyota Rav4 & Jeep Liberty. CR-V better vehicle/price for money. CR-V fun to drive, smooth ride, lots of head/leg room interior, avg 22-26 mpg so far but dealer says will increase after 1st oil change. Told by several people CR-V exterior similar to Lexus & BMW 4WD.
