  • No complaints here - 2015 Honda CR-V

I have owned my 2015 LS AWD for a month. I do notice a slight vibration when sitting at a stop light but it is not horrible. I am so glad I didnt listen to consumer reviews. I find the CR-V to be an excellent vehicle, handles well in the snow and as the weather starts to warm, I am getting 30+ mpg. No complaints here.

  • Just ok not what I expected from Honda - 2015 Honda CR-V

First of all the vibration is real folks, there is now a tsb, out for it which greatly improves it at lower speeds , but it just seemed to move it to a higher speed. At 70 mph its like sitting in a vibromatic chair and it really wears on you over a distance. Its a weird vibe because it doesnt change frequency, regardless of road speed or engine rpm, its just there. Will be soon going back to dealer before warranty is out. We have gotten 36+ Mpg on trips and 24-28 around town with it so no real complaints there. Interior noise is 1000 x better than older crvs, we test drove some. Its my wifes vehicle and overall not bad, and she is happy with it, but being a former mechanic and tuned to notice small things in a car, the vibe does bug me especially with todays technology I think they could have done a better job on the drivetrain.

  • Fantastic SUV, Im glad I purchased it. - 2015 Honda CR-V

For me it was a toss up between a 2015-16 CR-V Touring AWD or a 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited AWD. It was gut wrenching because my last 4 cars have been Hyundais. Both cars are truly neck and neck in almost every aspect. Although the Tucson had a few more extra features, such as heated rear seats and more refined technology. The two things that swayed me to a CR-V was, it had a much better ride. My Mom has a bad back and it was important to get a car she would be comfortable riding in when we spend time together. And Hyundai would not give me any incentives on a new purchase. So, having this car for two weeks now, I have no regrets. The voice commands and touch screen are painfully slow, and seriously Honda, no rotary volume knob!? I love how the rear seats fold several ways. I have no issues with vibration whatsoever. I was caught in absolutely terrible weather the other night, pounding rain and just nasty out. I felt very secure and safe in my CR-V, the AWD really does give peace of mind. Very happy with my decision. Although there are a few mis steps with this SUV, the package as a whole far outweigh and negatives I can point out. Next up is some window tint, summers are harsh here in Florida.

  • What Vibration Issue? - 2015 Honda CR-V
    By -

I have read the complainants about vibration at idle with the eco on and off. There is a slight vibration but that is with all cars, even the 2013 Nissan Altima, I bought brand new. If setting the RPMs higher fix the issue has no one asked a Honda Tech to reprogram for a higher idle. Think of a washer, the slower it spins the more vibrations it is going to have. Not nearly enough to give this car less than 4 stars. Some have even admitted that there was an issue during the test drive. Why buy then?. Honda is notorious for being a little more sporty than Nissan or Toyota, hence the road feel. Drive a BMW 5 series supped up, that is some serious vibration at idle.

  • You cant beat a Honda CRV - 2015 Honda CR-V

Very reliable and now with the right side camera even more safe then before. This is my fourth CRV and I will continue to buy this model. The resale is also very good. Dont trade because the dealer will never give you what its worth. Sell to a private party.

  • Almost new and really nice - 2015 Honda CR-V

Was looking for a one year old compact SUV and found a 2015 Honda CRV w leather and only 4667 miles and certified. We had already driven a BMW X1 (too small, no rear AC vents, no spare w run flat tires (which are the worst tires ever made). We also drove a Mazda MX-5 (under powered, no rear AC vents, cloth seats). After reading reviews about the CRV had some reservations about the engine vibrations some people talked about. Found this one with on Edmunds at Coral Springs Honda (FL). We drove it (no vibrations), my wife loved it, made a deal and went home with it. Made a 1500 mile R/T a week later and it performed beautifully. Averaged about 75 to 80 MPH and and got 27 mpg (and no vibrations). Just to be on the safe side with all the electronics we extended the bumper to bumper to 7 years/100K which is the same as the powertrain warranty. Our first Honda and very pleased.

  • LOVE! - 2015 Honda CR-V

My mechanic (and owner of shop) told me this was the car to buy over a Rav 4. This car handles amazingly in the snow!! It handles well and is comfortable to ride. I purchased the EX-L and I am glad I did. Like others said, there is a slight vibration when you have the foot on the brake at a stop, but not a big deal. Honda has a great reputation and I am so glad I bought this car. The back has great leg room as well. No regrets

  • Reliable car - 2015 Honda CR-V

I have owned the 2015 Honda CRV LX for about a month. It has driven flawlessly. It has been reliable, comfortable, and a nice car to own. The heat has worked fine in 16 degree weather. I have the all wheel drive model. It drove fine on one inch or so of snow we had a few days ago. I think it is an excellent value.

  • Excessive Vibrations - 2015 Honda CR-V
    By -

Long time Honda owner and i finally decided to get my first SUV. Did my research, saved my Money. Naturally my pick was Honda CRV- I cant believe Honda built this car. It has bad vibrations when stopped and idling, it has bad engine/ transmission shuddering when I accelerate. Even at highway speeds it shudders at random intervals. This is a big problem. Spent almost $ 30,000 for this??? Honda responds " Vibrations are characteristic of the car". Strange, didnt see that description in the brochure at the dealership. Honda needs to acknowledge this problem, find a solution, and apologize to me and all those 2015 CRV Owners.
