Bad Brakes - 2004 Honda CR-V
By abwilson - January 27 - 7:32 amWith only 3000 miles on the vehicle, it has been in for repairs 3 times. All of which are brake related. Rear brakes had to be replaced already. Its a fun to drive mini Suv, when it isnt in the shop. Very disappointed because it is unreliable. I will never own another Honda.

excellent reliable vehicle - 2004 Honda CR-V
By zee - January 6 - 2:00 amAnyone searching for a stable, reliable SUV should look no further than the CR-V. Roomy interior with plenty if not too much storage compartments, attractive interior, and pleasant ride make this car one of the best that we have ever owned. It is a quite ride, and dont be fooled by 4 cylinders, it moves when it needs to.

LoveMyCRV - 2004 Honda CR-V
By LoveMyCRV - January 2 - 4:03 pmThe CRV is fun to drive and easy to handle. This is my first vehicle with anti-lock brakes and I wont buy another vehichle without them. The CRV has great storage built-in and the picnic table has proved to be useful on several occasions.

Vibration - 2004 Honda CR-V
By bencal - December 31 - 2:00 amVehicle came with front end-steering wheel vibration. Balancing tires didnt get rid of it completely. Tailpipe rusting. Side windows vibrate during cold weather. Hard to see out of rear window due to back seat headrests. Little inside storage space. Zippy drive but too many initial problems for a vehicle touted for its quality.

Great SUV - 2004 Honda CR-V
By stevem - December 28 - 7:50 amMy wife needed to trade in her Accord for something with a little more room. We looked at the Pilot, but was too big, and was worried the CR-V was too small. Thankfully, not the case. Very powerful 4 cylinder engine, and pretty fun to drive. Handles much better than I expected. I drive a Civic, and would never hammer corners in the CR-V that way, but I dont think that should count against it. It handles curves well, and rides like a car. Very comfortable on a recent 6 hour trip. The split seats that roll forward are very versatile, making it easy to "stow & go". Nice to have the 6 disc changer, although the sound system is a step down from her Accord. We miss the big gas tank too.

Fun, peppy, spacious - 2004 Honda CR-V
By J. Casale - December 28 - 12:48 amI found what I was looking for in the CR-V: reliability, economy, multi- functional space in a sporty design. I bought a 2001 in 2003 with 58,000 miles and have never had any malfunctions. The only time Im in for service is for routine maintanence. It is used like a sedan mostly with 2-3 of us riding. Ocassionally it is loaded like a truck for camping or other trips and it always handle well, no matter what the load.

CRV owner - 2004 Honda CR-V
By Renee - December 28 - 12:40 amI went to the dealers to purchase a Civic and left with a CRV. Once I drove it, I was sold on it. It actually drives like a car, but you sit up a bit higher. It was not difficult to get used to driving it.
