  • CRV LESS THAN EXPECTED - 2010 Honda CR-V
    By -

I had purchased this 2010 CRV approximately 4 months ago from COGGIN HONDA in Ft Pierce, FL. They tried to rip me off and succeeded, after fair negotiations in the financing room; typical cheesy, low life car salesmen, and this goes for the sales manager especially. I know others whom had a disappointing and frustrating experience there. I had traded in a Pilot, which I loved after lease was up, and the smalller SUV, really does not compare. The ride is not as smooth and comfortable + the interior is made of cheaper looking materials. The gas milage is only a couple miles per gallon less at about 25. So far, it has been dependable and have had no mechanical problems. Ranks high for safety.

  • 100% Satisfied so far! - 2010 Honda CR-V

Purchased the CRV on October 22nd 2009. The SUV replaced a 2005 Toyota Matrix for my wife. She loves this vehicle even though it is much bigger than the Matrix. She is completely satisfied with her new ride and loves the higher viewpoint she gets of the road. High quality interiors coupled with some really cool features and a nice sound system and a moonroof makes this a wonderful vehicle to drive!

Bouncy ride which is probably what is expected from an SUV. Felt that the acceleration is very good compared to my 1990 and 2001 Accord. Not as comfortable as the Accord. Very stable on the turns and curves and can handle the turns at a good speed. Steering feels like there is a subtle bias towards the left although when you take your hands off the steering wheel it goes straight. Wheels appear to be aligned by the even tire wear. The brakes are well adjusted and very good stopping, better than my 2001 Accord.Probably I got to get used to the SUV feel instead of comparing it to a car. Noise level is minimal to me.

I did my homework before purchase, looked at car review sites as well as consumer reviews so did not have any unexpected surprises, for eg. Expected some road noise, gas mileage ok but not great.

  • 2010 CR-V EX-L - 2010 Honda CR-V

This is my third Honda and first CR- V. I am very happy with my V. It has plenty of interior room, except when my 5 y/o son attempts to sit behind me while I am driving. His legs are too short and end up against the back of my seat. Otherwise, I know what to expect with a Honda...excellence! Granted it doesnt ride like my BMW 740i but it is bound to be reliable. The only ride issue Ive noticed is that you definitely feel nearly every bump you drive over. If Honda could just soften the ride, they would have an even better vehicle. Ergonomically, the interior design is very good. Of the vehicles in the Vs class and at the 25k price range, the V is the best buy on the market!

  • A great small SUV - 2010 Honda CR-V

A great SUV. It is new so I cannot say how it will perform or maintain its character. The engine sounds great and powerful maybe slightly like a diesel engine. Road noise is an issue but not a big issue as they make it seem. Similar to other SUVs. Of course my BMW x5 is a lot quieter but unfair to compare to higher class. Interior is well appointed but need a center console between seats. I have black seats -a mistake. Honda should scrap its cheap black interior. It is so cheap black cloth interior. Shows tiny specks of dirt and looks ugly and cheap. Honda can provide better quality black interior. Do not choose black interior. Great storage space. Ex or ex- l is a good choice.

Traded in a 2000 CRV and definitely like evolution of the car to include creature comforts like seat warmers, XM radio, USB port for MP3 player. Was ready to move to a small sedan or another small SUV, but the CRV is still the best overall package for me.

  • I LOVE This Car!!! - 2010 Honda CR-V

I have wanted a Honda C-RV for a while now, and I love the 2010. It gets good gas mileage, and has more horsepower than the 2009. It is a perfect car for all people. It is very comfortable at a reasonable price.

  • Very Good SUV - 2010 Honda CR-V

Overall I very much like my CR-V. Before this I had a 02 Saturn Vue, and although I definitely miss it (I miss the control of the manual tranny), I prefer the CR-V. It has great acceleration for a 4cyl. engine, handles well, and the fit and finish cant be beat for the price.

  • Better than I had hoped - 2010 Honda CR-V
    By -

I have owned many Honda Accords and recently traded an 07 Accord EX 4 cylinder. I am very pleased with the purchase. The CRV has great acceleration and many standard features that I enjoy. There are many little improvements over the 09 model that really add up. The new 180 hp CR V engine is very smooth, quiet, and willing. I test drove the new Subaru Outback and Forester models. This Honda has better fit and finish, a more refined drive train, and a high quality standard sound system. On my first tank of gas I am averaging 24 mpg - mostly city driving. Since it is a Honda it should be very reliable and have excellent resale value.
