My 2004 Honda CRV is by far the best buy a made so far .good in fuel, ride and handling.Interior needs improvment, like the parking brake is hard to desingage, sits are to tight and sticki.Road noise a bit to high.Tires are cheap and not much grip.Strong engine for a 4cyl,is fun to drive in manual trani. The radio needs more power and better speakers.Overall a great car for the price.

I traded in a Tahoe for the CR-V mostly for the better mileage. Im getting 21 in town and 27-28 on the highway. I plan to upgrade the standard cloth seats to leather because thats what I miss most about the Tahoe. Im impressed with the sportiness of the CR-V, and I like the ability to customize it with OEM and non-Honda parts.

This is my second CRV and fourth Honda. I bought the first CRV model offered in 1997 and turned it in on the 2004 model. Wonderful vehicle. It can haul almost anything a truck can and its much more fuel efficient. The engine in the 2004 is an improvement....quite peppy. Love the sunroof and raised back seat. I never worry about mechanical problems. Its a Honda. Ill always have one in the family.

I love my CRV. It is easy to drive and doesnt have blind spots. The gas tank is small so I spend more time at the pumps, but I love its size because it is easy to park yet has plenty of space.

Pretty Good, the only issue is that the EPA numbers do not match with the real life. Mine is doing like 20 or 21. This estimate should include results at different altitudes.

At a little over 18,000 miles this piece of junk needed its transmission and fuel injectors replaced. Now a few days and a few hundred miles after getting it back from the dealer, it appears to need yet another transmission as well as rear brake work (it was fine when it went in). This vehicle was delivered with some type of adhesive spots all over it, presumably from the delivery plastic. We had a roof rack installed at the dealer. This rack does not appear to fit properly, so I fear it is lacking in structural integrity, so we do not use it. The vehicle rattles and shakes at every opportunity. So much for reading Consumer Reports and following their "Best Buy" recommendation.

We have been very happy with our CRV because it seems to be the perfect practical car for travel or short trips around town.

Everything about this vehicle is great. I have not had one problem with it. I am in the Military and in Germany, I average 100 mph on the autobahn. It handles great. Gas mileage is outstanding. It is a little noisy but nothing that is annoying. The vehicle is roomy, quick and comfortable. Traded in a gas hog (Chevy Tahoe) in for it. My wife and I are glad we did. I recommend this vehicle to anyone
