I recently bought my 2010 CR-V. I love just about everything about it with the exception of the black cloth interior. Its not very comfortable and shows every speck of dirt. If I had known it was going to collect dirt I would have got leather. Also the gas mileage in town is only 20 mpg consistently. I havent taken on a road trip yet so cant comment on the best mileage it will get.

As far as reliability goes, the CR-V is fantastic. Ive used it for several road trips and covered close to 25k+ miles a year. Besides basic maintenance nothing has failed (its a Honda, need I say more?). The main downside is the ride is uninspiring. there is little road feel/feedback and performance is lacking. You wont be excited to hop in the car and go for a spirited ride. However, it will take you from point A to point B with little to no surprises. For its purpose, it works.

We compared all the crossovers and the CRV came out the winner. We are very satisfied. Had a 97 Merc Villager, and the CRV is a quieter ride with a lot of nice features. 4 cylinder has plenty of pep. Still getting used to the smaller size, but the overall handling is very good.

Traded in my 1996 Accord Ex in March for a CRV EX - 4WD. I like Hondas reliability. I fall more in love with my CRV every day.I love every minute Im driving. Three weeks after I purchased my car I went on a 2,000 mile round trip to WY. Dont understand complaints about stiff seats because I was completely comfortable every mile of the trip.I also had no road noise. It is so smooth to drive. My only complaint is it struggles a bit on very steep inclines.

Good enough power, great brakes and steering. Feels light and nimble on its feet. Getting 27-28 mpg with light foot, wife gets 22-24 mpg when shes at the helm. Different driving styles. Feel good about buying a car well into its model cycle where the bugs are worked out.

  • Best small SUV - 2010 Honda CR-V

Bought this car to replace full size pickup. Shopped around carefully with all competitors, roomiest, best use of cargo space, legendary Honda reliability and good power from large 4 cylinder, Smooth ride for SUV, Does everything I want it to do and reasonably easy on gas. Handles and rides like well behaved car, can tow small trailer (necessary criterion for me). No problems or complaints yet. Happy with Honda decision.

  • Another Great Honda Vehicle - 2010 Honda CR-V

My 2010 CR-V is more than I thought it would be. It handles great and has a lot less road noise than my Civic. At 1500 RPM in high gear it has a low hum coming from the drive train. There is a big blind spot directly behind the car, this is because of the high rear window. I am averaging 19 city and 26 HWY, and hope this improves. There is plenty of power with this new engine and it response well. Interior is great on looks, and the lay out is great, sound system top of the line. This vehicle has a lot of class, and my wife loves driving it.

  • 2010 CRV is much improved - 2010 Honda CR-V
    By -

I carefully compared all the CUVs in the marketplace and came to the conclusion that the newly upgraded 2010 CRV is the best. It is more quiet, more peppy, more solid, and has a reputation for reliability. I appreciate the new 180 hp ULEV motor, the high quality interior materials, the chrome front grill, the quality feel of the switch gear, and the very good standard sound system. It is also good to know that since it is a Honda, one does not have to worry about excessive depreciation. I would not say that it rides as well as a typical sedan but it is close enough. Interior ergonomics are very good. The design would be better if there was some way to remove the back seat for more cargo.

This is my fourth CR-V. Each has been an improvement on the last. The 2010 model is quieter, more refined and fun to drive.
