Best ever - 1995 Ford Thunderbird
By cobra4414 - February 9 - 2:00 amHave had it since new. Very powerful and handels very well. Not very good in snow, even with traction control. So I dont use it in winter. Thats the only flaw to the car.

Very good used car purchase - 1995 Ford Thunderbird
By datpoet - February 3 - 2:00 amI purchased a used T-Bird with V-8. Excellent reliability, and comfort features (if you ignore the stupid location of the cup holder). No problems after 114k miles. Not a winter weather car however, traction in snow is shaky at best.

The T-Bird is great! - 1995 Ford Thunderbird
By The man - January 16 - 2:00 amIve owned this car since 1995. I have found it to be an excellent car. I now have over 160,000 miles on it and it is still going strong. Ive never had any trouble with it. I would love to have another one when this one is gone.

what a car! - 1995 Ford Thunderbird
By mortis08 - November 21 - 2:00 amafter six years with this car i am still amazed at how fun it is to drive.it has power to spare and my average mpg is around 20 or so.i would not hesitate to recommend this car to anyone, especially people who like to drive. i bought a new suv, and was going to use my bird as a trade in but neither my wife or i could stand to part with it. yes, the thunderbird is that good of an automobile.with its combination of power, reliability, standard ammenities, and classy looks, i dont think ill ever get rid of it!

BEEN A PLEASURE - 1995 Ford Thunderbird
By S454S - November 13 - 2:00 amI bought this car in 1997 with 39000 miles on it. It now has over 140000 and has never failed once. The only parts to ever be repalced were the battery and MAF sensor and Alternator. I drove between Atlanta and Ft. Worth at 28 mpg or better documented.

SC - 1995 Ford Thunderbird
By miclub7 - September 15 - 2:00 amToo many easily prevented problems from manufactuer. Head gaskets are a huge problem along with skrawny motor mounts that couldnt even support torque for a 4 cylinder. Honestly the problems are a pitty.

Smooth sailing - 1995 Ford Thunderbird
By asimovian - July 28 - 2:00 amIve had this car for three and a half years, and it has earned its place in my heart. This is the essence of big and powerful for an affordable price. It took me two years to figure out a weird transmission slip-like condition, but I havent had any major repair issues to deal with at all. Four times a year, we take a road trip to Vegas, and I cant imagine being more comfortable. A true winner with plenty of get-up-and-go.

The King is Dead! - 1995 Ford Thunderbird
By Cherisaruss - March 17 - 2:00 amThis has been the most amazing car we have ever owned! Sad to say, the head just blew and we decided to replace it.....at 316,000+ miles. Six months ago, we had to replace the tranny...*sigh*. Aside from that, the only other problem was that the evil yellow light of death came on at about 150,000 miles, and never went off. We just bought a 97 Cougar with 47,000 miles, and the inside is similar but I doubt it will replace the T-bird in our hearts *sniffle.* WHY did Ford discontinue this car???
