The emissions-friendly 2.3-liter PZEV engine released in limited states in 2003 is now available as an option in all states (it comes standard in California, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont and Maine). The only other notable changes to the 2004 Ford Focus are newly optional leather seating for ZX3 models, and a slightly revised suspension offers improved handling.

  I really love my new Ford Focus ZX5. Its roomy, comfortable and fun to drive. I think the design is very distictive and attractive.

  I truly enjoy my Focus. Great reliability, handles well in the snow. Super on gas vs. mileage. Only problem:water seeps in the trunk when trunk door is pulled open after it rains or went to the car wash but its the only problem I have encountered with this little jewel.

  The overall balance of the Ford Focus ZTS is remarkable for the price of the car. I have driven more expensive cars and have had less enjoyment with those. I was so impressed with the handling, performance and comfort of the ZTS that I bought a second one two months later.

  The Ford Focus was purchased because it looked like a "cute" car. Once we began driving the Focus, we realized it was more than just looks, it was small enough to fit into those tight parking spaces, yet has room inside for the crowd. The trunk, well its very impressive, we could fit 2 baskets full of groceries inside the trunk! Its so fun to have this car, and I am sure that you will agree.

  this is my first car that i can call mine. It is grea. It runs well and is pretty spacious for a small car. it has a great stereo system. it is a joy to drive. It handles well in all weather and gets good gas milege.

  fast, smooth transmission, handles like a sports car,small outside but big & roomy inside, rides as smooth as a large car,excellent visibility and high seats that can be adjusted, well made, traction in wagon improved by moving spare tire and heavier items onto the back seat or on the floor,long trips are non tiring,well named as a fun or zippy car, but get the extended warranty.

  Ive only had it for 3 1/2 MONTHS and I Lover it so much! It drives so easy and is very cute! I cant imagine having any other car!
