  • Best Car Ever Made - 1990 Ford Festiva

I have had my 90 for festiva for a couple of years now and not once had a problem with it. It is comfortable to drive and comfortable to be a passenger in. Though it may not be the biggest looking car it has the most roomy interior. It also gets great fuel economy It gets an average of 50 mpg. Most 17 year olds want sporty cars i wouldnt trade my festiva for anything in the world. It is the best car ever made.

  • Underappreciated - 1992 Ford Festiva

I have owned this car since 1993. I done burnouts that rival some of the best. I have caused a 91 Explorer to get a new transmission for trying to out last the FASTIVA in a burnout competition. The build quality is excellent. Designed by Mazda. Produced by Kia. Sold by Ford. This vechicle will not let you down. I now have a 1992 Mazda 323 GTX Turbo 1.8 Liter DOHC motor in the Festiva and it is capable of leveling Z28 Cameros and GT Mustangs. For a total cost of less than $4000 this is a vehicle worth a look.

This car was actually given to me as a present from a family friend who was moving out of the country. It was my first car. It now has 122000 miles on it and is still running well.

This is a great car. A great car Ford never made. But a hellava selection on their part. As much fun as the Mini I had in 68.

  • best car eve made for reliability - 1990 Ford Festiva
    By -

Mine was actually a 1988 LX five speed with a/c. I bought it used in april 1997. I bought it with 192000miles on it. It never gave any trouble and I drove it to 234000 miles. It had the original engine, clutch, etc and was a great car. The car never used oil between 4000 mile intervals! The coil went bad at 234000 miles. The mechanic I took it to put water in the engine and cracked the piston. Jerk, he ruined the best car I ever had!

  • I love this car. - 1992 Ford Festiva

My first car I bought all by myself. It has been very reliable here in Alaska, I use studs in the winter and the car can go just about any where in the city. Hill, ice no real problems.... if the snow is more than a foot on the ground it does not do that good.... I use it in the summer most of the time, for when friends come up to visit.

  • great car I got 48MPG highway, reliable - 1993 Ford Festiva
    By -

Owned for 6 years so far, now it has 100000 miles. never any problem. replaced the starter once (30 minute job) Got 48.5 MPG on highway trip to new york from virginia last year. Much more responsive and fun to drive than my Jimmy or minivan. I would be concerned in a major accident, but it should be easier to aviod one in this car. Highly recommended for any safe driver who wants a good car with great mileage.
