Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

F-150 - 2005 Ford F-150
By sabepero - November 15 - 1:23 pmI love almost everything about the truck. The only thing I wish for is better fuel mileage. The truck ride great. I use it for hunting, the off road features is the best I have ever used. I think Ford has the best looking truck there is. Power is pretty good. I use it to pull a trailer and it can do it no problem. This truck rocks

280k miles! - 1998 Ford F-150
By llamar - November 14 - 9:59 pmI bought this truck from the orginal owner about 6 months ago. I wasnt so sure because of the miles but has no problems. I have put around 10k miles and no problems! Original owner says has never even had the alternator replaced! Has had new ball joints but only because of the miles. It now has 280k+ Great mpg for truck at 20mpg and still driving. I trust it to go anywhere! I used to be die hard Chevy. Now I am looking to buy a Ford Expedition, maybe it will be as trustworthy

The best truck yet! - 2007 Ford F-150
By Alan - November 13 - 11:14 pmI have owned my F150 Lariat for a year now. I am coming up on 15,000 miles and have had one very minor problem, a power window switch, it was fixed at no charge with no hassle. I read in many reviews, about a lack of power and a sluggish feeling. My F150 has the heavy duty suspension, limited slip, 3:73 gear ratio and really doesnt do too bad. It has a very smooth powertrain that delivers horsepower evenly through-out the RPM range. Under normal conditions you dont feel the acceleration, then all of a sudden you notice that your doing 80MPH! If I want to accelerate quickly I click off the over-drive and it gets right with it. Im averaging 15-16 MPG, mixed hiway-city driving.

Great Truck -- My first Ford Product - 2005 Ford F-150
By Steve - November 10 - 6:36 pmFord has finally built the best truck on the market, period. This truck was built for people who drive trucks. The details in the design are great. It rides like a car, drives like my luxury car, and is made like a tank. The only competitor was the Tundra, but it doesnt come close to the quality of this vehicle. The Super Crew has tons of room with the 4 doors. The Triton/5.4L is horse. The LineX bedliner is a must. Great add-on. Ill check back in 10 years when Ive put 200,000 miles on it. Awesome job, Ford.

Quality is an Issue - 2004 Ford F-150
By FormerFordLover - November 7 - 7:28 amI bought this truck new and get lots of compliments on its looks. Almost 4 years and 37,000 miles, but plenty of issues. After having water leaking around the top of my rear window, and almost having it replaced, the guy who was working on it said, "I used to work at a Ford Dealer, and it isnt the window, it is the cargo lamp gasket". I then called a dealer to find out that you cant buy a gasket, only the complete unit for $54. I also have a problem with the outside mirror remote not working. Turns out the fuse box has a break in it somewhere and needs to be replaced, another $278 for the part. A few months ago, the drivers side window stopped working..$450 more.

Excellent Truck - 2005 Ford F-150
By Carm - November 5 - 12:00 amVery nice truck, well designed. New front end. Like the design from the side view. Very roomy inside, enough for six people. Nice ride. Handles the road real well. I have full power seats, windows locks, power mirrors, and even a power rear sliding window, signals in the mirrors, 4.6 motor. Gas mileage could be a little better, I guess, for this size truck. 13 mpg. city and about 17.5 mpg on highway.

Ford wins - 2014 Ford F-150
By Jerremy Guthrie - November 1 - 11:13 pmI bought this 2014 5.0 Ford truck new. This truck will not disappoint! Its hardest than the 2015 new body, no beer can aluminum body, this body looks and feels solid. Its the last year model of this body style. If you want a truck that doesnt look like a Lego toy, and will hold up to everything then this truck is def the year model.
