By Charlotte Sowell - August 29 - 4:00 amI love my Ford 150 - hope to upgrade soon. Only thing I feel needs improving in seat covers, they stain too easy. Smooth ride for pick up and excellent view of the road. I will buy another one as soon as I am able.

A good friend - 2001 Ford F-150

The radio has a rich sound, I just put the 3rd set of tires on it at 110,000 miles. I have not done any suspension work except shocks. I have used synthetic oil every 6,000 miles and have never had to add any oil between changes. Its a good friend

I have over 200K miles on it and Im sure it will keep going another 100K miles before I may need to have something done. My 17 year old daughter is driving it to and from school and she loves "her" truck. She said all the boys are jealous of her because they think "her" truck is so good looking. I was run off the road in Houston in 2005 and hit a barrier on the left front fender. When the insurance appraiser was writing up the repair order he listed it as 2003 model. When I corrected him he was dumbfounded. He said he had never seen a vehicle of that age and mileage that was so pristine. It gave me warm fuzzies inside.

I am currently getting 22.8 high way, the truck really has balls, its very quiet , handles pretty decent , better the. The 2011 that I previously had, not too cray about the auto start auto stop .truck is awesome, good on gas, fast, luxurious. Not sure about some of these negative ratings, must be some Chevy owners bashing the #1 selling truck in America , and theres a reason its number 1. Love the truck.

Third Brake Light - 2004 Ford F-150
By sparky357 - August 17 - 2:00 pmI need to replace the gasket in the third brake assembly and Cannot buy just the gasket.Ford sells only the entire light assembly ($65.00)for maybe a $5.00 gasket. If you change the bulbs you need to change the gasket. In my case it leaked inside and now the back sliding window doesnt work. Their way of thinking I would need to just buy a whole new truck. This is my last ford. Never again and I have owned fords for fifty years.
