Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

Built Ford Tough - 1995 Ford F-150
By Tom - September 5 - 8:14 pmI am the second owner and bought my F150 in 1999 with about 90000 miles and it now has 197000. It is basic on the inside but the exterior has true eye appeal with a rugged look yet clean and classy. The truck is Black with Charcoal lower panel. It is a V8 with standard 5 speed transmission. I always receive complements on its appearance. I was hearing a roar in either the transmission or rear end and had decided to sell. After checking prices on newer models and restored older models a light went off. Since I like this truck and there have not been any real issues why not invest in something I already know. I decided 2 or $3000 in this workhorse will get me another 10 yrs. GREAT TRUCK !!

Best Truck Ever Owned - 1996 Ford F-150
By SemperFi_10 - September 3 - 1:13 pmI bought this truck back in May. It had 162,000 miles on it. I have drove this truck all over the place, and occasionally take it mudding with friends, even though I dont have 4WD. It is the most reliable vehicle I have owned yet and it rides and performs in all aspects just like it came off the line that day. Hands down, I couldnt have asked for a better truck for $750!

My first truck - 1994 Ford F-150
By Dustin West - September 3 - 8:42 amMy dad gave me this truck as my first vehicle and I love it its big roomy and great for pulling I put 33" tires on it and pulled a 6klb. Trailer threw mud no problem Im not real fond or the 15 mpg but if you want a truck for pulling or just something that would work for work put money into the gas and there you go my truck has 5.0l 302ci with e40d trans with manual 4x4 thats great when you start to slide on icy roads just pull it back and almost instantly you got traction never got stuck!, I will honestly say I wanted to trade this truck for a Honda civic but nope I am keeping this truck until I die yes everyone its that good I also recommend changing the stereo or maybe the speakers!

BEST F-150 EVER - 2005 Ford F-150
By Steve and Lori - September 3 - 4:50 amThis is our second F-150 and by far the best. Great, smooth ride, powerful engine, and nimble handling. We purchased the extra cab and have enough room for three car seats in the back. No problems what so ever. Fuel economy not bad either.

1st Ford Ive Owned & Also The Last - 2005 Ford F-150
By JPH - August 29 - 10:15 pmThe quality is simply not there. Ive taken my truck in for warranty repairs 41 times. Thats right, 41. I wish I could pursue lemon laws but its never the same problem. Performance is pathetic. It cant tow a 3000lb trailer, shifts out of OD at the slightest press of the pedal, return lousy MPG. My 91 Chevy would run circles around this truck. EVERY other 1/2 ton truck on the market has a superior engine than the 5.4. Ford sells truck because they are cheap, no other reason. Im convinced my truck is a dud & not a true example of Ford, but my experience & service Ive received from Ford has guaranteed Ill never be in a blue oval again.

You must have a F150! - 2009 Ford F-150
By truckman - August 29 - 8:24 pmMy F150 has 16,500 miles now. I cant say enough good words for it. I just want to say: everyone must have this truck! This truck has a 18-19 combined MPG so far. It can do everything what a sedan or SUV does. It seats 6 people. more room. more comfortable. It can do many things a sedan, SUV, mini-van cant do. You understand what I meant. I go hunting, fishing. I help people move their heavy, large stuff. I buy stuff for my house and garden. etc. Everyone must buy a F150. Only F150!
