Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

Love my truck - 2005 Ford F-150
By julia cancio - July 14 - 12:20 amWe looked at all the trucks in the market . Drove them all this truck is so quiet you can drive all day an never get tired. In the first week we put 2500 miles on it . My husband love it so much he got one too. The best thing about it was the day we test drove it and did a quick stop and the salesman hit the back of my seat. It stopped better than the Tundra; we almost hit a car in that test drive.

New F150 Rocks - 2004 Ford F-150
By learjet - June 29 - 2:00 amI test drove every make of full sized trucks on the market, and the new 2004 F150 blows them all away. I have always been a Chevy person, however I just really dont like their new body design. And after test driving the new Ford, there was no comparison. They really did a good job designing this vehicle and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a new full sized truck.

Who Makes a Better Truck? No One. - 2005 Ford F-150
By Don - June 28 - 11:33 pmFirst off, kudos to Ford on this interior. Anyone who complains about it needs to sit in a 10 year old Dodge and see how far trucks have come. The FX4 has an off road suspension, but on road manners do not suffer. Ive been very impressed with how this F-150 rides. Ford has raised the bar for trucks with this effort.

Great Truck! - 2004 Ford F-150
By Adam - June 26 - 7:23 pmWhat a great truck! The quality of the 2004 Ford F-150 is outstanding. I know that Im driving a truck because of its aggressive stance and ride height, but sometimes the quietness and comfortable ride have me thinking Im riding in a luxury sedan (i.e. Crown Victoria). The only downside is the sluggish feel of the throttle when accelerating. They say its because of the trucks weight, but the 5 star frontal crash rating should cancel that negative out. If I had it to do over again, I would buy mine with the 5.4 liter instead of the 4.6 liter. Overall this is a great truck!

Rons Review - 2004 Ford F-150
By Ron Jean - June 23 - 2:00 amFor the most part the new f150 is a fine truck. My main complaint is that they droped the ball matching this motor with this truck.I find it very slugish on the lower end of the power band. The truck i traded in had a 4.2 6 cylinder with 110000 miles and it still had more bottom end tourque. They need to put more horsepower under the hood!!!!!

Sweet Mother of GOD - 2003 Ford F-150
By FFighterStu - June 9 - 2:00 amYeah.....so after driving small 2 door cars since I was 16 (Im only 21 now), I decided on a truck for a few reasons. I like being able to haul anything I want, helping out others, and just being in a big car up above everyone else. Its not listed in the options on this website, but the 2003 also has available the 5.4L V8. This thing rocks, its got all the power you could ever want, and the comfort of the perfect luxury car.
