Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

Great Ride - 2014 Ford F-150
By Franklin Stork - November 1 - 1:52 amA buyer will get a lot of pickup for a very reasonable price. I purchased my STX at the end of the 2014 season so it was very well equipped with an excellent purchase price for a new vehicle.

F150 Made me smile - 2005 Ford F-150
By Hinch0614 - October 30 - 11:40 pmExcellent Truck! I have had almost every model of Ford beginning with the Tempo. I traded a 2004 Ranger for this 05 F150 and havent looked back. Excellent cargo space, solid construction and virtually no road noise while driving it offroad or on. My only issue is that the 5.4L engine will wreck a gas tank quick. With prices as outrageous as they are, you will be looking at a $50+ tank close to once a week.

THIS TRUCK IS THE BEST EVER - 2004 Ford F-150
By FORDMAN - October 29 - 2:00 amTHIS TRUCK IS AWESOME. The quietest cab on the road. Truck that rides like a Caddy. When it comes to interior style, ther is no comparison. Why buy a chevy or a GMC, when you can have this truck that is in a class of its own.

Near perfect pickup - 2017 Ford F-150
By Bill Winkler - October 27 - 4:05 amThe low end power on this V6 is insane. With the addition of dual exhausts, better breathing into turbos, this truck would be scary fast. A friend has a brand new Ram 2500 with 6.2 motor and it has less torque than this "little" V6. Torque and HP is better than Ram or GM trucks. The interior amenities and techy goodies in this truck are really cool but also functional and targets safety, as well. People that have ridden in the back seats say its cavernous. There a few items I think would make this a perfect truck. 1) more front seat comfort. While the massaging option on my Limited is nice, front seats seem to be a little rigid. Great leg room, but would like a little more length in seat area. Navigation commands still need improving. You should be able to ask navi questions and get answers similar to Siri on iPhone. Trying to get to a location without stopping and typing in locations, restaurants or other amenities is cumbersome. Start/stop option on this pickup is one of the best features offered and should be standard on every vehicle, diesels included. This will save billions of gallons of fuel yearly. But all things considered, Im looking forward to keeping this beauty for at least 4 years. Also looking forward to what Fords got in store for down the road.

ford good truck - 2003 Ford F-150
By mark s - October 15 - 2:00 amThis ford with the 5.4 liter will run over my old 2001 dodge ram with the 318 engine. This truck is much better built all around. Yes the new dodge has more torque then my truck but only by 9 foot lbs. "yeah but it takes 2,000 more r.p.m.s. to get there. just wait for the new 2004 ford engine. and chevy well i would not even go there. I get sick and tired of hearing about there engine problems. the heads warp and more. when you hit the side of there body its sounds like an echo.

Performance - 2004 Ford F-150
By Michael - October 14 - 5:06 pmMy FX4 has the 5.4 motor and 373 rear end. Its a real slug from a standing start. Does anyone else have a similar complaint? I have a 1998 F-150 with the 5.4 motor (2 wheel drive) and it has much better pick up. I only have 400 miles on the truck. Im going to go by and talk to the service dept where I purchsed it to see if there is something wrong with my truck.

Quality? Yeah Right - 2004 Ford F-150
By Hugo - October 14 - 3:10 amMy truck only has 8,000 miles and Ive had nothing but problems with it. Where do I start? It all started when the rear power-sliding window stopped working. It took 4 months for the dealership to get the part because it was on back order. That should have been the first clue that more problems were soon to come. Then power steering fluid started leaking from who knows where. After getting that fixed, the brake lights went out completely and the steering wheel started to shimmy when the brakes were applied. Turns out there was an electrical problem and the rotors needed to be resurfaced. If thats not enough, now the transmission is shifting rough. Ill never buy another Ford again.
