Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

FX4 - 1 Year Review - 2004 Ford F-150
By mmszoo - July 28 - 5:30 amBest looking truck on the road. Solid build. Had car back into the rear end of my truck the other day. Did lots of damage to car but not a scratch on my truck. Distance sensor is handy since seeing over bed is a bit tough. Enjoying the upgraded sound system. Would be even more enjoyable with steering wheel controls. Little disappointed with the brake squeals. Was told by dealership that all new Ford F150s do this. Started noticing grooves on the rotors early. Ford should really look at this flaw and correct immediately

Lariat SuperCrew - 2006 Ford F-150
By Brian - July 27 - 11:46 amI traded my F150 FX4 SuperCab for this truck and am loving it so far. The difference in ride quality between the FX4 and the Lariat is night and day. So much smoother on the road, easy over the bumps, just a joy to take out. I love the extra room in the SuperCrew and getting the 6 ½’ bed is a real plus. Everything is at your fingertips and the captains chairs are definitely the way to go for comfort. Edmunds says there’s limited storage but I’ve had no problems. People say the power is lacking but before I bought the Ford I test drove the Chevy with the 5.3 and Ford felt to have more punch. I’m not racing anyone so for what I use it for it works great.

Ford F-150 FX4X4 2004 - 2004 Ford F-150
By kygal - July 24 - 2:00 amThis truck is excellent.I like everything about it. The ride, the classy look, the drive is wonderful and the comfort for a truck is great. The fuel is not that bad either. I have an explorer and my truck gets better mileage than the explorer.

Superior Truck! - 2002 Ford F-150
By tdehart - July 22 - 2:00 amWe actually bought our supercrew June of 2000. We will be buying another supercrew. Our kids like to take the truck more than our Ford Taurus, they say its more comfortable (meaning the back seat).

Ford Guy for 45yrs - 2003 Ford F-150
By TDMAC - July 16 - 10:00 am5.4 V8 really cranks up. After 45yrs of driving Ford cars, vans, P.U.s, this Super Crew is the top performer and a great handling package. As an ex racer, I drive the wheels off this truck. But the General Grabber AW tires are AWful and squeal from bad traction, almost dangerous in rain. With good tires (BFG T/A Radial type) I will out drive most. Interior is great and with a bed cover, I carry anything and everything.

Dont Do It !!! - 2002 Ford F-150
By bulldogskippy - July 11 - 10:00 amI own the 4X4 Regular Cab SWB 4.6L V- 8, do not buy this truck unless you want to ride in the most uncomfortable, punishing seats ever installed in a vehicle. Overall build quality looks like it was made by high- school shop class students. Huge waste of money, buy anything but a Ford. Customer Care Center is a joke, they treat you like trash.

Rides and drives better than most cars - 2018 Ford F-150
By KP - July 6 - 5:45 amIf you are looking for a sports pick up truck this is the one. If you are looking for a truck that will be the envy of the whole neighborhood this is the one. I received my truck one day before hurricane harvey hit the Gulf Coast of Texas. My area was flooded with 41 inches of rain at my house. Fortunately my home did not flood but many others were. The stock Raptor has 32 inches of clearance which was helpful to me and others. As expected acceleration is surperb. Creature comforts were much better than expected. On the negative side I ordered the bed extender with a soft tonneau cover. That was a disaster. The bed extender is permanently mounted, takes up a lot of space and is clunky. The tonneau cover latching apparatus cannot easily be accessed with the the bed extender installed. The tonneau cover latching apparatus is very difficult. I would not advise buying either from Ford. Otherwise love the truck. BTW 19 miles per gallon conservative driving highway 16.2 overall.
