  Only had truck for 2 months; fun to drive, handles great, and the rack and pinion steering makes turning in parking lots and sharp corners effortless. Basic CD sound system is great. Also own 2000 Tahoe and drives much better than Tahoe - wonÂ’t get rid of Tahoe though.

  I love this truck. Its comfortable and fun to drive. The gas mileage is lower than I would like. It was only around 17 on the highway when I first bought it. However, driving carefully and using a good synthetic oil, Im able to get about 18 mpg on the highway. Around town, I only get about 14.

  Awesome - 2005 Ford F-150

  I just picked it up last week and all I can say is wow. I already loaded my 4-wheeler in it and took it out hunting with me. It had no problem at all climbing any of the hills or going down the logging trail that my 2001 Nissan had. Its also a lot better on gas than I thought it would be. 250 miles on it so far and just a little under half a tank left. Would recommend it to anyone. Its one awesome truck.

  This being my fifth Ford truck, it is the best soo far. I ordered the FX4 with the bench seats. i tell ya it is the most comfortable truck i have ever sat in. Even my wife wants to take the truck and leave here luxery car in the garage. the power is strong and the audiophile stereo sounds outstanding!!!! I love the stable ride and the stiff chasis is great on the Northwest mountian roads. The new quiet interior will blow you away. Ford you have done it right again!!!

  I had my FX4 for about two weeks and I love everything about it. The styling is perfect, interior is inviting, and the ride is second to none. The truck exceeded my expectations. Looked and compared trucks with Nissan and Chevy, but they were very cheaply built.

  The Lightning is a fun vehicle to drive. Powerful, good handling, excellent braking, an overall A+ in performance. The exterior design is set apart from the other F series trucks with ground effects & bumper treatments. The interior is well laid out with gray suede & black leather. When the supercharger spins up, with its distinctive whine, & you are pushed back into the seat it makes you smile & sometimes even laugh out loud. The Lightning is just plain fun to drive, period. PS: for well under a $1000, you can get an aftermarket chip, pulley & filter combo that will put your HP well over 400, & torque 500+! This will drop your 1/4 mile times into the low-mid 12s. Yee Haa...

  good truck,looks good,rides alittle ruff on bumpie roads & with the 4-11 rear end gets poor gas milelage[12-15]
