Model Overview:

The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.

The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

So far, this has been a pleasent experience. The center console shift is very nice to have as well as an interior design that is hard to find comperable in any truck period. The new F-150 has cme a long way

I now have 17,624 miles on my 2004 F-150 4x4 quad cab with Lariat package. I would not suggest buying one unless you would enjoy: 1. At 6000 miles hearing the interior start to rattle like its coming apart every time you go over a bump. 2. Having to replace the brake rotors at your own expense at 12,000 miles because they get warped and the dealer says you must be "driving it too hard". Actually you have to upgrade the rotors to vented ones at a cost of about $800 or the problem will keep coming back. 3. Getting an average, per the vehicles own computer, 13.5 mpg. 4. Feeling underpowered when towing less than half the trucks stated towing capacity.

I love this truck because it is very comfortable and it handles great on the highway. It has great passing ability and it performs better than I thought it would. I also love the great looks and body lines and I love the paint job.

  • The Best Truck Yet - 2007 Ford F-150

The new 07 F-150s are some killer trucks! I have pulled over 10,000 lbs with this truck. I tow things about 2 or more times a week, each being about 2000-5000 lbs. The truck is very comfortable and has lots of room for me, and it can fit 4 people with no trouble at all. The 07 Ford F-150s out pull all the competition.

This is my 3rd F-150 since 1998 and each one just gets better. The ride is car like and interior better than most cars. The new exterior design is very attractive and packaged right, (I got the Texas package). Looks and feels good. Ford always seems ready to deal at the right price. I saved thousands over what Dodge or Chevrolet would even talk and got more truck. Size feels like a F-250 with the nimbleness of the 150. The quality keeps getting better. This is the best truck yet.
