Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

My F150 - 1998 Ford F-150
By Dan Stearns - April 16 - 2:00 amOrdered truck from fleet manager and took delivery two months later. Had a few paint flaws which were taken care of. In the four years Ive owned the vehicle the only mechanical problem was an air conditioning valve.

Best new vehicle Ive ever purchased - 1999 Ford F-150
By Lariat54 - April 16 - 2:00 amThere have been no major mechanical problems with this truck, only regularly scheduled maintenance required. So far it shows no signs of the door crack problems associated with these early models of the redesigned Ford F-150. Also no signs of the piston slap problems associated with these trucks.

Just crazy about FORDS! - 2005 Ford F-150
By Peter B - April 11 - 9:36 pmI have owned 6 F150s and this 2004 FX version is by far the best of all. Very quiet on the road; plenty of power for passing and superb ride comfort. This is basically a tow vehicle for hauling my 4000 lb. boat with the greatest of ease. The truck has a 3:55 rear axle for decent fuel economy and a 8300 lb. tow capacity. Only 4,000 miles on the truck so far and not one problem. I highly recommend this truck to anyone seeking a fantastic piece of American engineering.

F-150 The New Standard - 2004 Ford F-150
By George - April 11 - 2:00 amPurchased the F-150 Lariat fully loaded Crew Cab Black clearcoat Black Leather Capatins chairs flow thru consol October 2003. As truck owner for the past 12 years driving Chevy, Fords, Dodge and GMC, This truck will set the standard in the 1500 series. I looked at a new Volvo XC 90, Toureg VW, Land Crusier ET: This Truck in a lariat fully loaded will rival these vehicals!! I couldnt make my mind up on what I should purchase and when I saw this truck and drove it, I bought it on the spot.

Wow - 2004 Ford F-150
By TheBull192 - April 11 - 2:00 amThis is the first full-sized P/U Ive owned and Im thoroughly impressed with the build quality, power, ride, comfort, interior & exterior layout and how quiet the cabin is. Combine those traits with the new rack & pinion steering and this truck is incredible. Trust me - take one for a test drive and youll be sold.

My F-150 - 1995 Ford F-150
By mmsteve - April 9 - 2:00 amThe only complaint I have is that the oil pan rusted out and I had to replace it. Other than that, the truck is great!

Great Vehicle - 1999 Ford F-150
By Sandra - April 9 - 2:00 amI had great luck with all my previous Ford vehicles so I bought another. It has 50,000 miles and has never been in for anything but maintenance. Still no interior rattles despite the rough roads I drive. Of course, it uses a lot of gas, but I guess it is not too bad for the size of the engine. My only complaint is that it is not ergonomically designed for a woman. I can not get the seat comfortable for my arm length.
