Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

Awsome truck - 1998 Ford F-150
By ardarbonne - August 13 - 2:00 amHad this truck for not even two years. I have decided I wouldnt give it up for the world. Already moved across country and had to tote over 7000 lbs worth of households. No problems what so ever. I have been hit once which most would consider totalled, but she is still running strong. Beautiful truck with great power. If you can get past the gas mileage, this is the best truck to look into.

BAD ROTORS - 2004 Ford F-150
By swampdog - August 11 - 11:23 amMy truck has 4000 miles and rotors are already scarred. I guess everytime I change the oil I will have to do a brake job. I also have problems with a/c and radio. Whats next? If you are thinking about buying or already have a new truck CHECK THE ROTORS! The dealer or ford will not fix they said thats normal wear. I wiil not buy a ford anything again.

Another F150 - 1998 Ford F-150
By Trainut - August 11 - 2:00 amThis has been another good Ford truck for me I bought my first in 1974 after driving Chevys. This F150 has everything that I wanted except an anti slip rear end. I have driven 63K miles and done the routine maintence and never had a problem, the small V-8 could get better milage but 17-19 mpg isnt that bad. The paint has held up well and the interior is fine.

A REAL truck!!!!! - 1998 Ford F-150
By Jasonmonroe - August 10 - 2:00 amI purchased this truck in late 2001 with 61K miles, and now its 8/02, and I only have 66K miles...so I dont drive much. But I can tell you its the best truck Ive ever had or seen. Tons of power (especially torque), the stereo sounds great, more room than anyone would ever need, quality built with awesome styling, and a super comfortable ride. Add a flowmaster exhaust system, and the sound of the 5.4L Triton really comes to life! Other full size trucks have their positive points, but Ill take my Ford anyday. You wouldn beat it! Quality is STILL job 1 at Ford.

Fords always been the best - 2005 Ford F-150
By Lucky Lady - August 7 - 7:16 amI have only had my 2005 for 2 weeks, but its not the first Ford truck Ive owned. Ive always found Ford trucks to be reliable, comfortable and able to handle any task Ive asked them to perform. So far Im very satisfied with my new truck and excited about the many adventures that are going to come my way. Of course, with it being a Texas Edition with all the extra chrome, it gets a lot of second looks. LOVE IT!

Air conditioning condenser POOR - 1999 Ford F-150
By jusjoseph - July 31 - 2:00 amThe vehicle drives well, hauls well, tows well. In fact the only problem is the air conditoning condenser is going on it after only 3 years. It is over the warranty so one is stuck for $1000.00 job every couple of years if you live down south. It will last longer up north. Ford hasnt returned any of my calls on this matter.
