Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

F-150 Supercrew - 2004 Ford F-150
By joel Franks - September 24 - 2:00 amI have been driving pickups for 40 years. This 2004 supercrew is the best of the bunch hands down! Plenty of power, easy to drive, nice interior design and comfortable ride makes this one a favorite. There is no shortage of power. This truck hauled 18 foot utility trailer loaded with a ton of construction equip, not even a whimper. The reduced noise level was super improvement over 2001 Supercab! Seats were a really comfortable, a more firm ride that felt much better and really helped the back after trip of 400 miles. Milage was as expected and advertised by Ford, but comfort, power, quiet ride makes this the best ford pickup I have ever owned.

I love my truck! - 1990 Ford F-150
By FordGirl - September 21 - 2:00 amI bought my truck from a friend at about ~70,000 miles. He hadnt done anything to maintain it, with the exception of changing the oil and hoses. It even had the original tires. I have to say that it is the best purchase Ive ever made. It has required almost no maintenance, and just refuses to die. Mine has a straight six, that has effortlessly towed anything Ive hooked up to it. It now has ~165,000 miles and is definitely showing its age, but I still have nothing but positive things to say about it. Im getting ready to buy a new vehicle, but Ive decided to keep the truck, just because I cant bring myself to part with it.

my truck - 2005 Ford F-150
By harold mann - September 20 - 5:43 amEverything about my truck I love, except where they put the window handle. I didnt like reaching down so far to roll the window down. I ended up putting power windows on it so I wouldnt have to.

Ford For Fun! - 1990 Ford F-150
By Danny Marsh - September 18 - 2:00 amI drive my ford to and from work every day 13 miles. I drive during the day occasionally... I have to fill up every four days (I fill at 1/4), but I love the fun of ride. I like the accel. I love it when I drive and people think they can beat that guy in the old ford. I got the 5.0 and E4OD. It is great at the line and GOOD at puddle hopping. There is a three foot puddle I hit every week and this truck can go down, up, and thru the puddle.

Very versatile - 2003 Ford F-150
By Pierce - September 17 - 10:00 amI bought this truck to replace two vehicles. An old fullsize Chevy truck and relatively new Accord (4dr). However, on some occasions we prefer using this over our Windstar for road trips. If you need to haul 5 people and lots of big stuff (without strapping it to the roof) you cant beat it. Simply put the truck is exactly what I was looking for. I have the 4.6L, get the 5.4L. The 4.6L has enough power for me. But the upgrade is only $500 and I would get it if I were buying again. The difference in economy is not significant. Also, definitely get the bucket seats but get the power adjusting option as well!
