After The Warranty - 1997 Ford F-150
By pgg - November 26 - 2:00 amMy XL started having trouble in 2001 and seems to continue.The heater core blew costing $600.00 to have put in.The Water pump went costing $100.00 plus to fix.My starter went out for another $130.00.The oxygen sensors were bad and had to be replaced.The sliding rear window has leaked in the rain from day one.Silicone seems to help.I have owned Fords all my life.I might change!

The interior is black & beautiful. The ride is what surprised me the most, smoother than Cadillac, and man, can this truck tow anything with ease. But I will be honest with you, the truck is heavy-real heavy. This truck was built with a new body which increased weight, BUT many people dont know that in case of an accident your chances of survivng are huge. Plus if you want to show your buddy your truck is stronger than his Dodge or Chevy, trust me it wont disappoint you. VERY STRONG! You get everything, power, smooth ride, comfort.

Best Truck Ever Built - 2004 Ford F-150
By FordAllTheWay - November 25 - 12:43 pmIt was between this FX4 and a Hemi Ram, but this truck in my opinion won hands down. It puts out more then enough power on the street and would be very hard to get stuck off road. I will be buying another in a year or two.

Has problems - 1994 Ford F-150
By Jim Hertel - November 21 - 2:00 amI have had nothing but problems in the 75k I put on. I brought it in 11 times in the first 36k miles for everything from a speaker going out to the rear end making noise between 75-80mph (3 trips and still was never fixed). Replaced tranny at 65k. Front brake rotors were warped when I drove it home from dealer, now on 3rd set. Starter replaced. Screws are failing out of the molding, and the drivers door doesnt seal tight anymore. More little things then I can mention.

By offrdford - November 20 - 8:10 amThe 5.4 engine pulls my horse trailer around like its wasnt even there. I did put a 3" lift and 32.8" tall tires on it with a K&N filter charger system, under drive pullies, and a Jet power module. That combonation of add ons worked great and the ride and handling of this new suspension compaired to the TTB is great! I have been very pleased with this truck on and off the road.

By ERi - November 14 - 2:00 amI never had any problems with reliability. The only problem I had was the light switch broke off. I feel this is a very miner problem for having owned the vehicle for three years.

SUPER SHARP GET LOTS OF COMMENTS ON APPEARANCE,BUT OUR BIGGEST GRIPE IS FUEL MILEAGE!!! 15 MPG IS THE BEST I HAVE GOTTEN!!I EVEN PUT MANUAL HUBS IN, NO CHANGE.ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED!! MIGHT HAVE IT PUT ON COMPUTER?
