Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

its a work truck people` - 1992 Ford F-150
By work truck user - September 28 - 2:00 amIf you use a truck for what its ment for this truck is great. The 4wd system hasent failed me yet. i went tru last winter and was able to dirve the truck thru all the snow we got and still pull people out of snow banks. the 5.0 is a good strong motor i havent had to replace anything but a u joint and some tires but that is normal usage of a 4wd truck. If you dont like upkeep dont buy a 4wd but deffently buy a ford the out last all the others.

Fuel Mileage - 2010 Ford F-150
By Vincent Fertig - September 25 - 1:36 pmThe fuel mileage sucks. The best I can get on the highway is 15 mpg. driving it very carefully never exceeding 65 mph. It is rated for 17 city 21 highway. I am not happy. The A/C output is pathetic in hot weather in traffic. There is a hard bang in the driveline after starting to roll from a full stop. The head restraint/rest is at an awful angle forward making you have your chin down at an uncomfortable angle.

By rpage - September 20 - 2:00 amI have 195000 miles on this truck.I have the oil changed at 3 to 5 thousand miles.I have owned this truck nearly 8 years.I drive it every day.It gets 19 & 20 mpg.Chevy owners dont believe me when I tell them the milage I get.I dont take real good care of this truck. But it has been the best truck I have ever owned.I will keep this truck until it just quits going. My oldest granddaughter wants it when I get tired of it.She may have to wait a while longer though.

A Mans Ride - 2004 Ford F-150
By Fqgente - September 19 - 10:00 amThis is one sweet ride. I am still in the honeymoon phase with my new Lariat, but let me tell you it is nice, very nice. The 5.4 engine runs like a swiss watch. Handles great, it feels like a luxury car. The 18 inch standard wheels make for a smooth ride. I really dont think the it is sluggish when going from a dead stop. I get on the freeway with no problem. let me tell you, if you want a great truck, this is it. This is truly a Mans ride.

Best Car I Have Ever Driven - and its a Truck! - 2015 Ford F-150
By T - September 17 - 6:01 pmI am very impressed by this vehicle. Absolutely the best car I have ever driven. I am getting between 21 and 22 mpg all the time around town with the 2.7L engine. My comment is to drive one then you can understand. There are only two issues come to mind, 1. Closing the doors; since they are aluminum and very light weight, I almost have to slam them to shut them (this comment comes from being used to my older F250 with heavy doors). 2. I agree with other reviewers about the excessive roof noise when it rains. Other than that - a great find.

My review - 2005 Ford F-150
By David - September 15 - 5:16 amI waited especially for this model year to buy the F-150. I paid just under $21k for mine. Of all the trucks I have driven, this one ranks up there in ride quality. The only downside is the power isnt where I want it to be. That will change with some upgrades soon.
