Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

Great Harley - 2003 Ford F-150
By LBR - January 16 - 2:00 amHave had the Harley for 11 months and love it. My wife likes it more than I. Great comfort and power. Im 62 years old and I have never had as many eyes checking out a vehicle as this one gets. We have owned four c-5 corvettes and only my wifes(yellow) vette gets more attention.

Great Truck - 2005 Ford F-150
By David B - January 16 - 12:40 amThis is my first truck in 20 years. I moved from an SUV. The ride is excellent and feels more like a car than truck. But I have had a ton of cargo in the back and it doesnt even act like its there. Real impressed with quality and finish of truck. I see why Ford is #1.

BIG RED vs BLACKIE - 1995 Ford F-150
By Eric1812 - January 15 - 2:00 amBig Red is my 2nd Ford truck. What can I say ? I love this truck! I bought in 2000 with 62k miles on it. Change the oil every 5k miles & filters once a year & you will never have a problem. Blackie was my 85 & a base model. Manual & straight 6. Classic. These 2 years were (imho) the best looking trucks in the last 20 years. Im so glad that the 04 style looks like a truck again. Cant wait to see & get the 2005 !

CLASSIC AMERICAN MUSCLE - 2003 Ford F-150
By urbancowboy - January 15 - 2:00 amFor a long time now Ive always wanted a performance vehicle with the capabilities of yesterdays muscle cars like the Chevy Chevelle, Pontiac Trans Am, and all of those mean Mopars. Well, the SVT Lightning is it! Its totally freakish when you get on the gas at say 50mph and before you know it youre leaving traffic behind as if they have stopped and started backing up!

Nice Job - 2004 Ford F-150
By GailGeorgeRi! - January 13 - 10:00 amWe travel trips 6 hours to Maine and then pretty much are in the mud when we get there. It was the most comfortable ride yet over the last 7 years and handled the spring thaw and mud extremely well.

Few more extras - 2006 Ford F-150
By Larry Murchison - January 13 - 3:40 amThe 2006 Harley Davidson is a very good vehicle and wonderful to drive. However after driving it for two weeks I find that Ford left out a few items. No light in hood or locking glovebox. And it could use a few more horsepower.

engine noise - 1999 Ford F-150
By machinerep - January 13 - 2:00 amMy 99 f150 had about 85,000 mile on it and the engine started making noise when I start the truck up when it has been sitting for awhile the engine makes a rattling noise the noise sounds like a rod knock I change the oil every 3 thousand miles. I am not happy with the engine quality I had a chevy blazer I put 240, miles on it plus plowed with it for three years and the engine was still quiet. This pickup is not used for heavy towing I use it back and forth for work and tow a little trailer. I do believe my next truck will be a chevy it has 100, on it right now I am hoping nothing happens I have to let the truck sit and warm up before driving.
