Model Overview:

The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.

The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

  • Great Truck - 1997 Ford F-150

I bought this used, with 78K miles. First owner had taken very good care of truck with a lot of highway commute miles. I have continued with good up keep, only having to replace lower ball joints and front brakes and disks. Only wish 4.6L had more pep. And gas milage is poor.

Ive had this truck for the last 11 years and its been a reliable, tough truck. I have had very few problems and they have been minor. The motor, tranny, and clutch have never needed any work done to them. The chassis is extremely strong and the truck rides well. Never needed front wheel alignment. Interior still looks good and the exterior paint still shines. I admit I have taken very good care of it. Built like a tank.

Great looking truck inside and out, awesome torque, with only a few interior moves this would be the perfect truck.

  • Dont Buy! - 2002 Ford F-150

The automatic transmission had to be replaced before the truck had 3000 miles. The four wheel drive is not as good as the competitions. The engine lacks power and the fuel economy is poor.

  • Great Truck! - 1998 Ford F-150

I have only had this truck a few weeks but I have always wanted an F150. This is one tight truck. 10 times better than the Dodge Ram, my last truck. 92,000 miles and just as tight as my fiancees 05 Pontiac. Third door is great! Fuel economy is a little poor but its a truck, get over it! 4.6L is still a very strong motor. I have no use for the 5.4L.

  • Best Bang For Your Buck - 2005 Ford F-150

This vehicle is second to none with its ability to tow, haul, or just plain get after it. The new body style makes this truck the most attractive in its class; itÂ’s just as nice on the inside as it is the outside. The driver friendly cab puts everything within comfortable reach from the speed controls on the steering wheel, to the radio, four cup holders, and dashboard storage space. An extremely smooth ride and handling will make you forget you are driving a truck. I highly recommend buying this truck for work or play (I use mine for both). I couldnt be more satisfied. Thanks ford for another great product.

  • Bestest Truck - 2003 Ford F-150

Recently bought this truck used. My first BIG TRUCK. Also my first V8. Awesome power added with the 4X4 and you have a powerful truck that can do just about anything you may ask it to. You cant go wrong with the best built truck on the market. I recently slid on some ice and hit a guardrail going about 35mph and I was not hurt at all and the truck only had some fender damage (and the airbags work!). FORD TOUGH is right on - probably saved me from being hurt.

  • 2016 F150 2.7 EcoBoost Is The Real Deal - 2016 Ford F-150

I have never owned a Ford truck before in my life, always been Toyota trucks for years, dont get me wrong, Toyota trucks perform fine for the needs of millions, but not for me any longer..I decided to move into a more powerful towing option. This time I gave The Ford 2.7 twin turbo option a try along with looking at the LTZ 2016 Chevey Silverado , moving out of the midsize class Tacoma.. . I did not look at Toyota Tundra (The 2016 ) for more then un hour this time because I did not feel that the Tundra was in step with the times ,dated bulky design not worth the price for it.. Well.. I went with the Ford V6 2.7 ecoboost & man after 2000 miles I am 100% sold on this remarkable engineered machine.. Wow. It looks great It drives great & you get V8 Power in a V6!!! Unbeatable.. This Truck will exceed your expectations if your looking for a middle of the road commuting /Towing truck 8500 pounds... This truck is a winner & blistering fast & the REAL DEAL for the best value for in a full size truck for all around uses. The 2017 I believe has not been changed in the V6 2.7 Why would they!

  • I love it! - 2001 Ford F-150

We have had this truck for over 3 years. Only had to have it in once for warranty work. Just had to adjust power window on the drivers side. Love the comfort inside, especially on long trips. This is our 4th F150 and I cant wait to get our 5th one with the new make over! It is the best selling vehicle for a reason. Most dependable ride I have ever had.
