Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

F150 4x4 6 cyl. - 2003 Ford F-150
By offrdford - August 7 - 10:00 amThe 4.2 Liter has some guts but not quite like the 300 ci inline 6 cyl. However, it has done everything Ive asked of it including pulling 2 very large Quarter Horses in a 3000 lb. trailer. Off-road this truck will go almost anywhere and I mean anywhere- very impressive.

My Ford F-150 Truck - 2005 Ford F-150
By My Ford F-150 - August 7 - 8:23 amI had driven my brother Ford F-250 Lariat and I was so surprised that a truck could handle so easily along with comfort plus quietness. When the time came for me to purchase another vehicle, Ford F-150 Lariat was my choice of trucks I had been looking at.In fact, my Ford truck handles more easily than my car. My Ford F-150 is very good on gas, example, I live in Georgia and I took a trip to Jacksonville, North Carolina, approximately 390 miles and it didnt used a full tank of gasoline. It still had 134 miles to go before the big "E". Great on gas, especially now with gas prices over the hill. I wouldnt trade my F-150 for any other truck, just love driving it too much. You Check one out.

Ford Quality - 2010 Ford F-150
By GMM - August 6 - 9:10 pmThe 2010 Ford F-150 is by far the best truck that I have owned and driven. Everything Ford has said about this truck is on the money. I bought the XLT with the 5.4, 3.73 gear and max tow package with tow mirrows, sync, and rearview camera. With only 1500 miles on the truck I am getting 16 to 17.5 mpg on the highway and 14 to 16 mpg in town. It is the quitest truck I have driven and has a excellent ride. I have towed with this truck and so far the truck has performed great with excellent power.

Love This Truck! - 2005 Ford F-150
By LoveMyTruck - August 3 - 1:48 pmThis is the best truck I have ever owned. The ride and handling are smooth and it is very quiet in the cabin. Quieter than my wifes minivan.

XLT Sport - 2001 Ford F-150
By Chiper - August 3 - 10:00 amI have only had my truck for a month now, but I really love it. The first week I had it I drove it to the coast (5 hour drive) and it was a blast. I love the 4.6 liter V-8 Not a monster motor, but it does what I need it to, plus it sounds good.

Im Hooked! - 2004 Ford F-150
By T. Jordan - August 1 - 2:26 pmI purchased the truck brand new, actually traded in my 03 crew. What a change! These trucks are great. I pull a 29.5 foot holiday trailer with my F-150...nooo problem. The ride is car like and the truck is very responsive. All controls are easily reached. As well the interior noise is just non-existent. There really is no comparing the F-150 to the Dodge and Chevy. I have friends that have both as I have had and they love my F-150 also. All that truck and still costs less than the competitors equivalent truck. Well made, great finish and fit. Every time I drive the truck my wife notes the big grin on my face, Im hooked.

my pick-up - 2004 Ford F-150
By glowpen - July 27 - 10:00 amReliable, fun to drive, at least 18mpg. city driving, comfort would have been a ten, but the bench seat leans to the inside, other than that its a fun hard working truck. Ford will be the only make that i will buy. Hope the rest of you people try a Ford soon.

F150 4X Cross Country - 2004 Ford F-150
By Snohomish - July 27 - 1:17 amLower door seals had to be replaced they were collapsed and allowed dirt and water to get inside the door well. Acceleration is delayed for about a second after one "punches" the gas pedal. Rotors had to be "turned." Steering wheel would shudder upon putting on the brakes at speeds of 55 mph. Interior design is outstanding - very comfortable on a long trip. Suspension is outstanding.
