Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

Best truck I ever owned - 1997 Ford F-150
By Jerrys Truck - November 29 - 12:25 pmI now have 275,000 miles on my 97 F150. The only thing I have had to do to it is new front brake pads, new fan belt, 1 new battery, change plugs and plug wires twice, 3 sets of tires, 1 set of shocks, 1 coil pack, and kept the oil changed. Everything else is original. If this truck was to quit on me today I would buy another one. I park it on a concrete driveway every day and there is not one drop of fluid where it sits. I love driving a truck that is paid for and I can depend on!

Ford F150 2018 XLT 2.7 Ecoboost - 2018 Ford F-150
By Rafael - November 28 - 3:05 amBefore shopping for this vehicle I considered some other options. The Ram 1500 had a much better lease deal, but since I wanted the option to keep the vehicle longer term I decided to lease this Ford. I am now about 3 week into it. It drives overall great, but occasionally I feel some shaking of the transmission. It does it at the lower speed, so still feel its to soon to really know what is going on. My milage was about 22mpg mixed city and highway on week one, then dropped to about 18 so I am also trying to figure out this mystery. I am still driving with the same gas tank from the dealership.

Wind Noise - 2004 Ford F-150
By Mondo - November 26 - 2:00 amThe wind noise is excessive. Ive had the sliding back window replaced twice and still problem exists. I cannot even listen to radio or carry on a normal conversation. I drive the truck 100 miles to work and back every day so it is very dissapointing. I bought the truck on Jan 1 and it has been in the shop three times. It also has a significant electrical burning smell the dealer tells me is typical. I think I got a lemon!

Been an awesome truck for me! - 1999 Ford F-150
By Ron - November 25 - 10:08 pmI bought this truck after it had over 100,000 highway miles on it. I have put about 25,000 more miles on it with a mix of town and highway miles. This has been an awesome truck for me! No repairs, no bad points. A small V8, super cab, 4 wheel drive, and on the road it gets about 20 mpg. Great truck! Drives well, all options work, good cruise, comfortable, dependable, etc. I will keep using F150s, and this has really been a NICE truck for me. It could be the way it has been driven- with mostly highway miles, but really nice. Still uses NO oil, and drives like a dream. Hope I find another one like it when I finally wear this one out.

Looks Awesome Breaks Often - 2005 Ford F-150
By Blaze659 - November 22 - 4:48 pmInterior/exterior awesome styling. Hand grabs great. Large mirrors allow you to change lanes easy. Head rests you can actually use. Upgraded stereo sound great. Seatbelt position on seat works outstanding. The flareside styling is awesome. Tires seem to be wearing very fast. There is a drivetrain rattle that is still not found. The 4 wheel drive system has gone out twice now. Modules the first time, now the the motor that engages the system is broken. The transmission slips a little. Only 19000 miles on truck.

Great truck - work or play - 2004 Ford F-150
By Keith - November 22 - 1:50 pmI have owned many other trucks, but this is by far the most quiet, smooth, and comfortable vehicle I have ever owned (car or truck). The inside design is fantastic and my passengers have a tremendous amount of room and are truly impressed with the vehicle. I have hauled over 3700 pounds of brick pavers in the bed twice and the strength of this truck is impressive. My last Ford truck had 238,000 miles on it and I am confident this 2004 will be just as reliable and look just a nice when I trade it in many years from now.

love my truck - 2006 Ford F-150
By Donald J. Bailey - November 21 - 10:42 pmSomewhat disappointed in gas mileage. 4x4 would not work the first time using it. Fit and finish could be better (exterior). Air conditioning excellent for American vehicle, but poor compared to my mothers, cousins Hondas and brothers Toyota.
