Overview & Reviews
The Ford F-150 is the star of the long-running F-Series line, which stretches back to the post-World War II era, and millions of F-150s have been sold in that time. Originally conceived as a rugged, no-frills workhorse, the Ford F-150 has since morphed into a well-appointed, versatile rig with numerous trim levels that serve a wide range of shoppers, including weekend warriors who need room for the family and the occasional trip to the hardware store.
The full-size pickup segment is so competitive these days that it's hard to pick a clear favorite. But new or used, the F-150 is a great choice, with recent models offering cutting-edge features like turbocharged engines and the MyFord Touch electronics interface. Thanks to the Ford F-150's countless configurations and incredible popularity, you're almost guaranteed to find one that meets your needs.

My Third Ford Truck! 2004 - 2004 Ford F-150
By Gamegetter - May 16 - 2:00 amI just cant get over how well, ford builds there trucks, and how reliable they are also. I just purchased my third Ford truck, the F150 Super cab STX 4X4 Styleside in Dark Gray, I got a great deal and this truck is a dream to drive. All my Ford trucks that i have traded in have been great! and someone will get a very good used Ford. As for my New F150 I plan to get alot of miles out of this one! Way to go Ford!!!!10+

Best Vehicle Ive Owned - 1997 Ford F-150
By jrg - May 15 - 2:38 pmMy ten year old F-150 extended, short bed has paid for itself time and again. It has 133,000 miles, and have only had to replace tires and brake pads. The greatest expense was wire damage thanks to a local rodent. Ford wires must taste good. I get a constant 19 miles per gallon with the 4.6 V-8.

Still Happy With It - 2002 Ford F-150
By CT - May 15 - 4:24 amBought new in November 2002. Generally still like the vehicle and like the styling better than the new F-150 except for the front end. Absolutely love how comfortable the vehicle is front and back, and the quality of the leather seats are very good and easy to maintain. Have had few problems except with the drivers side heated seat and the keyless entry system, both of which were repaired under warranty. The paint quality is excellent and there are still no rattles and squeaks after 4 1/2 years. The dash is starting to look dated now, especially when compared to the new models. Undercarriage has some rust which in my view is premature. Great power with the 5.4, but fuel economy is only OK.

King of the Trucks I love my FORD! - 2004 Ford F-150
By HKB - May 11 - 10:00 amWhat an AWESOME truck! Hands down ahead of the competition. Everywhere I go people stop and admire the truck. Even have a Chevy neighbor that is jeolous of this one. This truck has the split bench seat up front. Have had to use a number of times taking 5 other passengers. Again an outstanding Truck!

tires suck - 2004 Ford F-150
By tim stickney - May 11 - 10:00 amI love the truck, the thing i do not is the fact the tires wear out way to fast and you can not put good highway tires on it that will get 50k worth of miles.I am 47 yrs old and i baby this truck and i rotate tires every 5k and review pressures once a month.still doing that, i only get 25 k out of a set of tires that are way high priced

Rides like an Escalade - 2010 Ford F-150
By John Leonard - May 10 - 1:56 pmI sold my 2007 Escalade and purchased a 2010 F150 Super Crew Lariat with Nav. F150 is very quiet , tons of room, and very good looking. For a large truck gas mileage is respectable. Better than the Cadillac. I looked at all the big truck makers. Ford wins. Plus they did not take any government money.

Have you driven a Ford lately! - 2005 Ford F-150
By sixduces - May 9 - 9:25 amI have owned Ford pickups since 1975. Each has been better than the last. I needed a 4 door this time to carry around my grand children. The cab is like a car, roomy and plush. It has given me great service with no need to take it to the shop. Overall, I give it a 9 out of 10

Great Truck - 1997 Ford F-150
By srr7sk8r - May 9 - 12:25 amThis truck is now 10 years old and I have owned it for 3 years. It is still reliable everyday and beats the style of the new F-150s by far. The Tritin V8 delivers 210hp and the lariat towing package is a class 3 so i have never had any problems towing anything. Plent of room for up to 6 in the cabin, unlike most tundras. F-150 is all around great american truck, wish they still made them like this. Only improvement would be gas mileage.

Big Upgrade - 2007 Ford F-150
By Ford for Life - May 8 - 2:25 pmI recently bought a new Ford F-150 after owning a 2001 F-150. Ford has really upgraded this truck in terms of design and comfort. It is less tippy than the older model and the cab noise is virtually non-existent. I am also glad I bought the FX4 model with the larger tires and better suspension. I love this truck!
