The interior gets a minor refresh that includes a revised instrument cluster. XLT models now come with additional standard features, while the high-line XLT Premium gets a new monochrome exterior look. The Adrenalin model now features an even more powerful premium audio system. All models get a flexible fuel feature that allows them to run on ethanol-blended fuel, as well as traditional gasoline. Finally, there is no longer a manual transmission option on XLS models.

  I traded my 98 Eddie Bauer Explorer on a brand new Ford Freestyle and was miserable. I finally talked my wife into taking the Freestyle off my hands so I could get a small truck and in steps the Sport Trac Adrenalin. I couldnt be happier with everything about this vehicle from the great styling to the smooth driving. I bought a used 04 with 38K miles and it takes off smoother than any vehicle Ive ever owned. The 4 litre, 210 HP engine is plenty to pull this truck along and Im sure it will handle my bass boat come spring. This truck is roomy inside and has all the amenities I need.

  This has been a great vehicle so far. I think that as long as the routine maintenance is performed that it will last a long time. There have been a few items inside that havent held up. The paint is cheap around the stereo console, the air vents do not always stay open, and the steering wheel cover is very worn.

  Driving my truck gives me confidence that I wont stay stranded on the side of the road. I have never had a problem with my truck. Unlike friends who bought other makes (new) and have a stack load of repair bills. I bought new. Its my pride and joy.

  The 2004 Explorer Sport Trac is fun to own and fun to drive. Very good styling inside and out. 4 foot bed extending to 6 foot with bed extender is a nice option. Power rear window is very nice.

  the vehicle is fun to drive. the rubber flooring is a must have. Everything cleans up well and the cooler/console/armrest is very functional. I believe this to be a under rated vehicle that people need to take a second look at.

  I have researched this vehicle for a long time. I got my Sport-Trac as part of a settlement with Ford on a Lemon Law case. This vehicle is solid, the interior is very confortable, it drives well, and is fun!! I like the ability to be able to carry five people, and be able to haul stuff home.

  This truck is a well built vehicle. Im impressed with the environment and radio controls in the front and rear. The dual headphone connections in the rear cab was an excellent idea that my kids use (thank God!).

  I think over all it is pretty good I wish that it would get better mileage as I do alot of traveling and it is my main source of transportation. It is easy to handle and comfortable riding and alot of room not like other trucks Ive driven. And do I get the looks from younger men when they see a woman driving this vehicle :) It makes me feel good.(incase youre wondering Im in my early 40s and yes I am a gramma :)) I would recommend this vehicle as it has get up and go even towing 2 big Honda Foreman Rubicons be hind it. I cant wait until winter to check out the fun 4wd as I havent had one before.
