Still running good - 1994 Dodge Shadow
By HewJ - September 27 - 2:00 amIve had this car for 3 yrs now. this car has been very reliable to me. i plan on keeping it as a "beater" car when i buy a new car. i have put on about 60k miles since i got it...it now has 205k miles. I can still hit 100mph !!! Since ive had the car, ive replaced the headgasket, water pump, and tires (about $1000) Not to bad for 3 years. I would recommend this car to anyone with low budget car maintainence.

Its all good - 1994 Dodge Shadow
By Koolio - September 7 - 2:00 amMan, this car is bomb! It has everything, and has never, ever even broken down once. I swear, I put this thing through hell, and it just keeps going and going. I had to write this review because, damn, it is a nice car. Might not have all that power, but man, it is one nice car.

Nothing but trouble - 1994 Dodge Shadow
By notadodgefan - July 17 - 2:00 amI purchased the car second hand from a dealership in 1998. It had 34,000 miles and Ive put 38,000 on it. In the last 3 years the car has not ran properly for more than 2 consecutive months due to some electrical problem nobody (dealerships and licensed mechanics) seems to be able to find.

Awesome Car - 1994 Dodge Shadow
By kyouto - July 10 - 2:00 amFun, power, reliable, economic... everything and more. Has enough power to be fun, handels Extremely well, little maintance, and at 109k miles... the only problem was the a/c went out, due to incompentant service that the previous owner had taken too...

I love It!!! - 1994 Dodge Shadow
By Baxinator4 - June 30 - 2:00 amI am a proud owner of a 94 ES V6. Ive had it for 7 years and have over 100,000 miles on it. There have been no serious problems. My only complaints are the noise that is typical with older Chryslers, and the overall fit and finish is very simple. On average the car gets between 20-24mpg in the city and I always get around 28mpg on long trips on the highway. The car feels quick and has lots of torque for a car of its size. DO NOT buy one with an automatic transmission. My brother had a 92 Duster (same car as the shadow) with an auto that was replaced 3 times and is typical of Chryslers. This car is definitely a great buy.

Great car! - 1994 Dodge Shadow
By AUF_Outlaw - April 29 - 2:00 amExcellent and reliable car. Only problems I have had come directly from previous owner (a/c was damaged from a shop it was taken to for a recharge). Oxygen sensor has gone bad, but easily fixed. The car is fun to drive, has an excellent amount of power for a 4cyl... Can even burn some rubber (front wheel drive as well). Handling and breaking is awesome. Overall, it drives like a higher-end car. Interior is roomy, and easily accesable and easy to store (hatchback makes it a whole lot bigger to play with). Only thing I wish was that it came with a center arm-rest :D

A good little car - 1994 Dodge Shadow
By familycarman - March 1 - 3:30 amI am the 2nd owner on the car, it had been a rental car for a year prior. We have put over 80,000 miles ourselves on the car. Used as primary family car from 20,000 miles to 98,000 miles, now my commutter car. No major complaints-- although regular maintenance is getting quite expensive-- I spend about $1000 about every 18 months in the last few years at the dealership making sure it is in top-quality condition.
