  • Amazed at a good Dodge product - 2005 Dodge Neon

This car is awesome. Its very loud, but thats the only complaint Ive had so far. Most of the noise is due to the tires, which Ill replace once theyre worn out. Overall, incredibly fast, good handling, very comfortable ride. Lack some amenities inside, but for the price and performance, I dont miss them.

  • Great Performance - 2005 Dodge Neon

I am very happy with this vehicle so far. The performance is great and its a blast to drive. It should also include the stage one kit for 240 horsepower and WOT boost hold standard. I think a variable intake/exhaust timing and lift would help a lot. The worst feature is horrid fuel economy. I have averaged as bad as 20 mpg on pure highway driving and it has a rating of 30 mpg highway. My Sentra Spec V had a 28 mpg rating and I was getting 35mpg. Very disappointing

  • Great Car. Not so great price. - 2005 Dodge Neon

The car is by far the best car I have driven in the 20K range. The only thing is that you can not find it for that price (at least around here). Everywhere I look dealers are selling it for 27k +!! I love the car and would buy it right now if I could find one for 21k. I dont know if it is worth 27k.

The srt-4 in my opinion is the best bang for the buck car in many ways. Performance is that of something priced in the high 20s low 30s such as the evo and the sti. Also the exterior has a very appealing look that a lot of lower priced cars lack. The last thing the interior on this car suddle but sport.

I have fallen in love with driving my SRT-4. I am not quite the target demographic, but have had many comments made on how cool the car looks. I enjoy driving it, and love the power, and still am able to enjoy reasonable gas mileage. I have never had a problem with this car, and love the performance. It works well as a family ca,r as well as a fun car.

Great car. It handles like its on rails, and is much better than that Toyota I had. Very smooth automatic transmission, not clunky and slow to shift like European cars.
