Overview & Reviews
The Pacifica is an all-new six-passenger vehicle that combines the attributes of a wagon, minivan and SUV.
- Exceptional comfort for four, drives more like a sedan than a minivan, top-notch safety scores, upscale interior design.
- Average room for six, not as family-friendly as most minivans, gets expensive when you add high-end options, fussy climate and radio controls.

Great vehicle - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By satisfiedpacowner - December 1 - 10:00 amChrysler definitely has a winner. Very comfortable for four people, but in a pinch, can transport up to six. I took five (tall) teenagers to Houston from Dallas without a whole lot of complaining. Theres more than meets the eye when it comes to room behind the third seat. The outward curvature of the lift gate allowed more than expected luggage--but will need to use luggage rack for longer trips. Gas mileage is getting better. We have enjoyed our Pacifica. Its definitely not a mom-mobile.

Fun, sporty ride. - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By Scott Brew - December 1 - 10:00 amThis car is very intelligently designed. Drives great, sporty handling. Beautiful interior layout, and great usability features (fold-down seats, storage areas). The sound system is better than my home theater, and this car sports the first navigation system ever to be rated "usable" by me.

Great car! - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By Mom of 4 - November 19 - 2:00 amThis is a comfortable, great driving car. We have been on several long (10 plus hour) trips with four children. Everyone is comfortable. We always get lots of positive comments on how nice looking the car is when we are out and about. We highly recommend the Pacifica.

Couldnt be happier - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By MAR1JDH - November 3 - 9:40 pmI was hestiant to even look at the Pacifica, but Im glad I did. This has been the perfect family car for my wife and I. It performs great going through the city and was outstanding on a long road trip for Thanksgiving. We also appreciate the memory seating given the 10" height difference. Reliability for 10 months has also been a plus. Its only been back to the dealer for oil changes. Overall our only complaints are the window tint being too dark and rear window too small, making it hard to see out at the back night. My wife really wanted an XC90 until we compared the two. Our fully loaded Pacifica was still less than a base XC90 and we got more horsepower and better overall performance

SO close to being my perfect car - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By mikead - November 3 - 10:00 amThe Pacifica is a well thought out vehicle for the family of 6 or less with creature comforts that would make any long trip a pleasure. My biggest problem with the vehicle (which is why it is not the perfect car) is the miserable lack of power and extremely poor gas mileage (14 City - 20 Hwy). Having traded a 300M in for the Pacifica, I was already familiar with the poor rear visability but having the exact same engine as the 300M (which had ample power with no downshifts on mountains to maintain speed) gave me the false sense that the Pacifica would also be responsive. The car is sluggish and creates a real problem in heavy high speed traffic merging

I Love My Pacifica! - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By keladewig - October 25 - 10:00 amAll in all, the Pacifica has exceeded all my initial expectations -- which were very high as Ive been obsessed with this car since its concept debut in 2002. My husband, who drives a 2001 PT Cruiser, is extremely jealous! This car has such a quiet ride & exceptionally smooth drive. Exterior (Satin Jade) & interior (Deep Jade/Light Taupe) colors are gorgeous!

One month and counting - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By viffr - October 13 - 10:00 amThe first month of ownership has alievated my initial fears of buying a first-year product. My Pacifica has excellent build quality (comparable to my next newest car, a Honda), the interior is attractive, comfortable and its control placement is well executed. I especially appreciate how quiet the driving experience is. The automatic climate control keeps the inside at a constant temperature without a lot of fan noise, which allows the excellent stereo/CD to entertain those along for the ride. This is a quality vehicle for those families needing more room than the typical sedan, but not the massive bulk of the traditional mini-van or SUV.

By Sade - October 7 - 2:00 amI purchased my vehicle for Thanksgiving.I absolutely love it. I t has been the talk of the family. The ride, the seating, and the look. The appearance is very classy, and the ride is smooth and controlled. I have not had this much fun driving a vehicle in years. It is absolutely the best. I love it. Oh the sound system and DVD player is exceptional, the children cannot get enough. They love it so much theyve invited their friends to go everywhere with us.

Proud to own American - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By R Pickard - October 1 - 2:00 amMy wife and I are very satisfied with the Pacifica. We have owned, Hondas, Toyotas, Mazdas, Nissans, as well as other American made cars. It is the best vehicle that we have owned. It is very solid (like a Volvo) and handles well. The styling is very popular with our friends.
