Overview & Reviews
A midlevel Touring model is added to the Pacifica lineup, and the base model loses some of its standard equipment to accommodate a new lower price. Rear parking assist is now optional.
- Exceptional comfort for four, drives more like a sedan than a minivan, top-notch safety scores, upscale interior design.
- Average room for six, not as family-friendly as most minivans, spotty reliability on early models.

Pacifica - Touring - 2005 Chrysler Pacifica
By DeeB - April 24 - 10:50 pmWe were attracted to this vehicle because of its beauty. However, from the drivers seat, I could not reach out the window comfortably without undoing my seatbelt. The front is so compact, purses, bags, etc. are literally under your legs. I had trouble juding distance from not being able to see over the dash very well. The back row was general kept down for storage. However, if we suddenly needed space for another passenger, we had to unpack and lift the seats, which was very awkward. My daughter could not rest on long trips, because the seat would not recline all the way to sleep because of the back row being laid down for luggage.

Great review - 2005 Chrysler Pacifica
By Lemke - April 6 - 9:16 amI am totally satisfied with the Pacifica and comfort, performance and overall qualtiy and design. It seems like they thought of everything for the driver. The only down side is all the small buttons on the radio, cd etc...however after some time you get use to them. Having the radio controls under the steering wheel is just great. You can keep your eyes on the road and still control volume and change stations. The ride is great.

Love this car - 2005 Chrysler Pacifica
By tmcpl - January 15 - 10:00 amTraded in a 300M and cant believe the improvement in the build quality between the two cars. Excellent ride, very comfortable, and easy in and out. Compares favorably with MDX and Murano but when you include incentives this is the best deal on the road. My wife and kids love this car.

A Perfect 10 - 2005 Chrysler Pacifica
By Anthony - January 14 - 11:53 pmHaving leased or owned Beemers, Benzs, and Lexus ES300, I feel qualified to say the Pacifica rides as good if not smoother than the aforementioned. The incredible ting is its like having an suv on top of that excellent ride. It almost doesnt matter what you pay for this (within reason) because it is a special vehicle. For room, comfort, elegance and style, it takes the cake !!

pacifica - 2005 Chrysler Pacifica
By janrnowicki - December 23 - 1:00 amI am 67 years old and have had many vehicles. The Chrysler Pacifica is the most beautiful comfortable vehicle that I ever owned. My wife had a back operation 7 years and comfort is very important. The Pacifica fullfills all the comforts that my wifes back requires. It even rides smoother than our 3 previous Buicks. The exterior and interior looks far surprass al other vehicles.

Pacifica Touring Review - 2005 Chrysler Pacifica
By PJ - November 11 - 1:33 amThis is the vehicle for anyone not wanting a minivan or the truck-like ride of an SUV. I absolutely love this car / SUV (Crossover).

Poor Quality - 2005 Chrysler Pacifica
By Satish - November 4 - 11:36 amThis is great looking car, but I am disappointed with the cheap material and poor performance/workmanship and low mileage. Front bumper is made with very thin plastic. I get only 13-15 mile/gallon. During winter time it gave starting trouble several times but the dealer fixed it after 2 visits but I am still having low mileage problem.

Great Buy - 2005 Chrysler Pacifica
By Cookie - October 15 - 5:23 pmEverybody teased me about driving a crossover station wagon until they got in it (to include my husband). Once in it all they could do was stare. It looks just like a luxury suv (lexus) on the inside on guest said. As soon as possible I will be trading iup for the 07 or 08 model. I traded from a Sebring, so I was just trying to keep in the family and I am so glad that i did. I til this day get rave reviews of what they thought the pacifica was and Im glad that I could show them what they are really made of !!!!

My Pacifica - 2005 Chrysler Pacifica
By Greg - August 23 - 2:26 pmLove the car. Will buy another in the future. Its a pleasure to drive and own. I havent had it in the shop for anything else but regular maintenance. Its such a beautiful car to look at... someone tried to steal it! They were unsuccessful. The alarm system scared them off.

Double the fun - 2005 Chrysler Pacifica
By Dan Labrecque - August 6 - 11:53 pmMy wife leased a 2004 Pacifica and she loves it. The only problem is that I never get to drive it. I took care of that problem, I just leased a 2005 AWD Limited Pacifica. Now the problem is keeping her away from my Pacifica! I just went to work for a new company and they let me chose any vehicle that I wanted, I didnt even have to think about it.
