  • Great Car - 2000 Chrysler LHS

Great car. I have owned it over 5 years and 90,000 mi. It has never been back to the dealer for anything. Original tires went 42,000mi and the second set still have 1/3 of the tread left. One set of brake pads at 65,000 mi. At 86,000 mi I changed the timming belt as preventive maint. No other repairs or problems. It still looks new, gets great gas mileage, and is fun to drive. Great car in every way

  • LHS: A good buy! - 1997 Chrysler LHS

Since weve owned it, weve had no problems whatsoever. The leather seats could be a little more durable, but maybe we should have used leather conditioner more frequently. We really like its get-up-and-go! When you need a burst of passing speed, this car delivers. The fuel mileage is 26-28 mpg, but its not bad for the comfort you get.

  • 3 Trans before 100k - 1994 Chrysler LHS

Actually this car was my mothers, she bought it in 96 with 30k already on it. Had to replace water pump a few times and 3 transmissions before 100k miles. But good thing all thid was covered in a warranty. But even better the cars engine locked up at 105k so it was no longer a headache. However dangerous since the engine locked up on her while on the freeway...

  • Excellent Car for the Money - 2000 Chrysler LHS

The only complaint I have is that the ride is a bit too rough. Performance is good. Standard Option Package sold me at time of Purchase.

  • Comfy plus mileage - 1999 Chrysler LHS

Car has had great reliability, except for electrical trouble w/ drivers side espress-down window feature. Mileage is still 27-28 on highway, low 20s in town. Trunk is huge. Fit & finish not good big gaps inside around doors, and door gaskets have needed re-glued. Pretty manueverable for a big car. Big blind spots to rear make backing out of parking a challenge.

I brought the car used and fell in love with the car immediately. Since I brought the car i have changed the starter, the radiator, and the fans. One of my back seat windows wont come down and i still love the car. When the car is running correctly its great!

This car was inherited w/47K on odometer from my mother. She drove about 11K yearly in MI . Garaged and Maintained. It was a bit too much for our family re: size but comfort and no debt overruled an immediate sale. LHS mainly used as long-distance commuter. Major costs were A/C condenser replacement, a few trim items that were costly, and 2 window motors going out. Again, comfort, decent mpg ~26 Hwy, and style won over. During the two years we have own it has been driven ~60K, Upon reflection, the car would have recd a higher rating if expenses mentioned above has already occurred. Not my mothers fault!

  • Best car ever owned - 2001 Chrysler LHS

Had two Cadillacs before this car. Fell in love with LHS design when it first came out. Waited two years and monitored owner bulletin boards until all bugs and complaints seemed to have been worked out.

  • Love this car. - 1994 Chrysler LHS

I bought this car in 8/98 with 75k miles. It now has over 161k and I just love it. Lots of space inside my family is all tall & whenever we go anywere we take the LHS because a 6 foot person can fit in the front or back with no promblem. The trunk is huge, with a full spare hidden there. Got to take one for a ride you will love it. The leather sites are very nice, & so is the control panels. Tells me how many miles until Im on E. I have had to do some maintenance but heck with 161k who wouldnt. Nothing to extreme, just the basic. Tie-rod ends, a/c compressor, brakes, tires, timing belt, & other routine maintance.
