Overview & Reviews
A hot roadster and a lower-priced base model join the Crossfire lineup.
- Sleek and sexy styling, exceptional handling dynamics, quiet interior.
- Needs more low-end torque, steering not as precise as its competitors, interior surfaces feel cheap, some confusing controls.

The best car decision I ever made. - 2005 Chrysler Crossfire
By Mike M - July 2 - 9:56 pmThis is my first sports car, and I am really glad I purchased this model. I have never had so many people stop me and talk about the car. Great performance on both winding roads and straight out on the highway. I now look forward to the long trips across Northern Nevada. Catch me if you can.

Crossfire is no misfire. - 2005 Chrysler Crossfire
By Dan - June 17 - 10:13 amIf you own an exotic such as a high end Porsche, criticizing Chrysler for shortcomings in the Crossfire series design is like taking candy from a baby. However, for a fun to drive and great looking car, it is hard to find fault in Chryslers Crossfire. The x- fire has been fun to drive and own: I am already thinking about adding a roadster to the roster. Good going, Daimler-Chrysler!

fun, fun, fun - 2005 Chrysler Crossfire
By ed - May 27 - 11:23 amGoing thru second childhood could not be more fun thanks to my crossfire. Every time I stop at the supermarket, gas station etc.. I get people coming up and talking to me about my car and that is very enjoyable for a retired guy.

Tremendous Value/ Quality/ Fun to Drive - 2005 Chrysler Crossfire
By Jaxjr - May 22 - 4:10 amLook up Refined in the dictionary and youll see Crossfires picture. This is fully Mercedes and one of their better models. I love to drive and be seen in this beauty. It is a great cruiser with a comfortable ride at 80. The engine is smooth throughout the rpm range. Tiptronic tranny is not good: it is perfect. Tires hold the road is the tightest turns. Fun to drive and fun to find value without overspending. This car is a winner!

Cross country drive! - 2005 Chrysler Crossfire
By Mark Chandler - May 21 - 8:00 pmGreat car to drive! But, I get challenged by every teenager with a grand prix at every light. The cup holder and some of the other interior are a bit cheeply made. I bought it and drove from MI to CA and loved the drive. That drive through the mountains was fantastic!!If the interior had some better quality I would give it a 10 across the board! ( with a bit more under the hood) V8 in the near future?

Luv My Car !!! - 2005 Chrysler Crossfire
By Linda - April 8 - 12:06 pmTraded in my beautiful 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (a bit large) for this compact 2-seater and have absolutely NO regrets! Gas savings is a big plus, but the car handles great and looks great and is HEAVENLY with the top down. Even though I look like 007 while the top does its thing.

Luv my convertible - 2005 Chrysler Crossfire
By magoo - April 1 - 11:56 pmHad a Porsche Boxster S and traded it for this car--best decision I have made when car shopping! It handles like a dream and the graphite grey color is beautiful with all the metal flake! I thought the luggage was a nice touch and very unexpected on my part.
