  • Expecting long troublefree ride - 2002 Chrysler Concorde
    By -

Excellent comfort. Good oomph. Only trouble with transmission at 39,000 due to issue with valve and broken hose due to minor accident- totally taken care with original 7 yr 70,000 powertrain and transmission warranty. Leased for 3 years and decided to purchase due to reliability and comfort. I would have had to pay 10k more for the standard conveniences. Brakepad changed at 38,000 miles - tires still originals with good thread still remaining.

  • Concorde - 1998 Chrysler Concorde

Bought used after my 97 Concorde was totalled. This 98 included all the little customer desired comfort features that were not in my 97. When I bought it, there was 55000 miles on it, but it was clean as if it had just come out of the show room. Good ride..good feel. Average overall mileage the first year was 22.3 mpg cruising on an interstate at 70mph it indicated about 30mpg on level road. Regular fuel on a 3.3 engine.

  • CPAs report on car- - 1999 Chrysler Concorde

Bought car at 30,000 mis., now nearly at 100,000 mis. Overall, a good car. One of the best looking big cars ever. Good looking interior, too. Ive had a number of repairs over the 5 years Ive owned the car, but nothing big - speed sensor, power window gears, cooling fan motors. The paint is still in good shape. I read about transmission problems on these cars, but are they using the right fluid? Ive never had any trans. problems, but Ive used the right fluid and had the fluid changed at recommended service intervals. My only remaining question: can I get it up to 200,000 miles?

  • LOVE the car, but a few problems - 1999 Chrysler Concorde
    By -

The car is awesome to drive! But....I have only had it four months and have put about 400.00 into repairs already. First, which is not the cars fault, I had to replace the battery. But the battery location made it where I had to take the car to a garage. Second, the starter just went out, and the location of the starter also made it where I had to take it to a garage. So....I am afraid of what is next! But the inside and outside design is GREAT! Huge trunk, every thing powered, keyless entry, all the comforts that most people enjoy! And I think the pickup and power for that size car is great. On the interstate, you can fly and hardly feel like your moving!

  • Simply Great! - 1997 Chrysler Concorde

I bought this car used in 2004 and have since logged about 20,000 miles on it. Have had no problems with this car despite the fact it has 190,000 miles on it. Lots of power, space, and a nice looking car for the money. Would definately recommend this car to anyone!

  • A Timeless Treasure - 1995 Chrysler Concorde
    By -

I bought this car used with uner 18,000 miles and never looked back. I was struck by the sporty design, power and handling. While many styles come and go, it seems the sleak, sporty design holds its own. Of all the cars I have been driven, it is still the most comfortable to drive. I cant seem to let it go. It just seems to have that timeless appeal and durability you cant walk away from. I have kept up the repairs and the paint looks new. My biggest expense has been maintianing the A/C. A few bad placed leaks have been expensive. Also, the A/C has a difficult time keeping up with black dash, dark leather interior and the 95 degree Charlotte NC heat. At 170,000 miles, it runs great!

  • Cant get much better - 1996 Chrysler Concorde
    By -

You would have to dig pretty deep to find fault with this car. It really does get 27 mpg highway - 19.6 city - Rock solid - quiet (except for some time noise on concrete highways) and very reliable. The spacious interior - comforttable seating and superb interior design make this one a fun car to own.

  • 97 concorde best car ever owned..... - 1997 Chrysler Concorde
    By -

I have owned almost 50 cars since 1956. I looked for the best car for my retirement. Among Ford, GM, Honda the 97 Concorde has been so far the best quality and driving fun, safety. of course, maintenance is a must on any car. Just changed oil at 87000 miles. oil was clean and used about 1/3 quart over 3000 miles.

  • My Frog gets up and goes - 1994 Chrysler Concorde

A few reasons(even with 119+)to buy it. To start reliablity, space, and economy (fuel wise). Being able to haul what I do is a +. Shes my own tow truck as well as mobile garage. Im at 148+ with the origin tranny and my complaint was when the battery died on me. I had her over 3 yrs avr $160/yr in maintenance oil, coolant, etc and $300 for 4 brand new tires even "superb imports" need them. I change my oil twice a yr (no racing or synthetic oil, reg 10W-30) and my filter once a yr. Shes yet to let me down. My first/last car was/will be the Charger. Mopar built right. Thanks for the ride Diehard Fan.

  • Ol reliable - 1993 Chrysler Concorde
    By -

This vehicle has been the most reliable that i have ever purchased. With several trips to florida from MA under its belt and a small collision to boot. The power delivered from the 3.5 is unsurpassable from a car of its size and weight. I would like to see some aftermarket body effects for it, though.
