Awesome Ride - 2000 Chrysler Concorde
By Awesome Ride - February 4 - 1:43 amGreat car with amazing miles(30+mpg). Bought it at 107k, drove 55k in 2 yrs now its 160K+. Luv ridin it,gives me gr8 pleasure.I never had any problem with 2.7l engine. Surprised with the reviews about bad engine.I always changed oil n other fluids for every 2500miles.I bought this car with all these probs:A/C not working, doesnt respond to computer for diagnostics Problems with the fuse: inside lights and trunk lid doent work. I dont consider these as major probs until it runs smooth n never leaves me in the middle of nowhere.Apart from these probs its a gr8 machine. I can strongly argue that i will use this for 3 more yrs(200K+). Even now it runs like brand new.

Good Car - 1999 Chrysler Concorde
By phillip - January 15 - 7:44 amThis car handles good, and drives very smooth. The only thing I have had go wrong is a ball joint. I had the car completly checked by GM certified personal. They said the car was in great condition and 95% was original. No problems just basic maintenance. If you dont take good care of it you can run into problems though. Must take care of transmission.

Riding in comfort - 2004 Chrysler Concorde
By camz286 - January 12 - 2:20 pmI recently picked up a 2004 Concorde limited. It is easily the best car I have ever owned or driven (comfortably). It rides so smooth and has enough power to get you out of any hole. I also recently put HIDs in the stock headlights and its like driving in the day at nighttime. Its huge has a lot of room inside and in the truck, and very user friendly.

Good Choice - 2002 Chrysler Concorde
By Jim Cortsen - December 24 - 12:17 pmWe traded in a 97 De Ville. While we miss a few things from the Caddy, this has proven to be a better car than we expected. Enough amenities to satisfy us, quite comfortable & roomy. The Concord rides very nice and handles beautifully. The power of the 250HP 3.5 V6 gave us the most pleasent surprise! If I didnt know better, Id say its got as much giddy-up as the 97 Northstar had! I put some new Firestons on it, & the northern Wisconsin winter has been nicely tamed.

Love it! - 1999 Chrysler Concorde
By Goussous - December 3 - 6:32 amBeautiful car, I bought it at 10,000 miles. The guy that used it before barely used it so it was like buying a brand new car! Fast, slick, hot, beautiful and sexy. Kick down is amazingly fast!

Great Find! - 1998 Chrysler Concorde
By jboo1623 - November 23 - 7:02 pmI live in Michigan and the winters for those of us who live here can be brutal! I purchased this car from a small mom and pops dealership. I have the car now for about two years and I have no complaints being a used car with over 142,000 miles! I bought the car with 110,000 miles. I have not had any repair issues other then your regular oil change, and tires that I have purchased. I too agree the the rubber strip around the head lights is a pain. Keep popping out. The ride is quiet and solid. The air is awesome and I have turned it down many times because it was freezing me out. This is a great car for a used vehicle. I do expect to get another 100,000 miles. Great used car!

A Must Avoid - 2004 Chrysler Concorde
By JBG - November 17 - 10:50 amThe Chrysler Concorde LXi is terrible. Fuel efficiency is about 21 highway and about 15 city, at best. I have taken the vehicle in several times for stalling out on the highway. I will be cruising down I-95 at about 55-60, the car shimeys and shakes then cuts off. A death trap situation. I have already spent thousands trying to remedy the problem. The electrical will dim upon occassion. The dealership I went to said electrical is not covered so beware of extra expenses to have rewiring done in the car. The alignment keeps going out because of a faulty component. Replaced it a few times but it usually breaks within a week or two of replacement.

Best car Ive ever owned - 1998 Chrysler Concorde
By Jay Keesling - November 5 - 3:14 pm3.2L engine, great power. Leather interior attractive. Infinity sound system-superior, mileage on road 30.7mpg. Only major repairs were replacing the ignition switch which had a short in it and air conditioning evaporator which developed a leak. Battery difficult to get to with access at front passenger wheel well. Huge trunk, overhead console with trip meter, compass, mpg calculations, distance till empty features.

Love this car! - 1996 Chrysler Concorde
By tgm49 - November 2 - 11:44 pmIncredible! Of 21 vehicles Ive owned, this one has been the most reliable by far. Bought it with 16k mi., now have 230k with original (not rebuilt) motor (3.3l) and tranny. All repairs done after 178k mi. Included timing chain, motor & tranny mounts, rotors, radiator, coil block, alternator, rad fan & water pump (3x since 70k) the rest is intact and in perfect working order including a/c, tranny, motor, abs and all accessories. The secret? change all fluids at the required time set by the manuf. And use the best brand-specific synthetics for all components. This holds true for any of todays vehicles, saving money in the long run in 8 yrs this car has more than paid for itself.

Please do not buy this car! - 1999 Chrysler Concorde
By Mnshine77 - November 1 - 2:33 pmThis car has given my husband and I the biggest headache of our lives for two years. It is now sitting in our driveway, not running and we are trying to sell it as is and telling them they have to tow it away, because I refuse to put another penny into it! Timing chain has gone twice, air conditioning has been fixed numerous times and still doesnt work, trunk wont stay up, driver window wont go down, replaced battery numerous times, dash cluster replaced, starter replaced, car takes forever to start when you turn the key, seals around windows, paint chipping, etc. So many other things I cant recall because they have all run together! Wish I could drive this car into the lake.
