A great "road car" for both highway and country driving. Fun to drive with adequate power. Only problems were electrical & transmission. Both were taken care of twice under extended warranty. Great car for the money.

  • 300M - Stylish, Fast - 1999 Chrysler 300M

I bought the car because it comes loaded with features automatically - hate to keep adding features. The power for highway situations is outstanding! Interior is comfortable and spacious. Trunk opening is a bit small, but long, small diameter cargo can easily fit with back seats folded down - just dont try to put a TV in its box in there, it wont work! Fuel economy has averaged 24.5 MPG for 40,000 calculated miles - pretty darn good! I highly recommend this car!

I got tired of shopping (Cad, BMW, Volvo, etc)and bought a silver one. My first Mopar. Kind of disappointed because it doesnt stack up well to my previous SLS Seville (except in price). Getting used to it but wouldnt recommend it for a traveler. 300M Special tires are only good for 20-30K, so its going to be $1000/yr for tires. The milage on the Seville was better and it was a V8 w/275 HP

Purchased vehicle with 27k on it. Rotors had to be replaced immediately. Also had complete failure of power steering pump, which was replaced by dealer. More recently, the drivers window regulator failed. I paid for that out-of-pocket.

  • AWFUL Quality and Reliability - 2003 Chrysler 300M

This car has a nice design, but the build and quality control are terrible. I have had problems with: electric windows, electric seat, air conditioner compressor, and stereo speakers. I have leased mine and cant wait to turn it in. This is my first and last Chrsyler product.

  • Repairs, repairs, repairs..... - 1999 Chrysler 300M
    By -

We purchased our 1999 300M about 11 months ago. It had 35,000 miles on it. Since then, the following repairs have occurred: door lock motor (twice), window mechanism, warped rotor, cracked evaporator coil, spindle bearings and now a broken transmission seal.

  • Worst Car Ive Owned - 1999 Chrysler 300M

Worst car Ive ever owned. Ive had it 9 months and its been in the shop for major repairs 5 times (towed three of those times). Ill never buy another one.

  • BAD EXPERIENCE - 2003 Chrysler 300M
    By -

WE LIKED HOW THE CAR HANDLES AND DRIVES, BUT IT ALWAYES HAS SOMETHING GOING WRONG WITH IT AND CHRYSLER WONT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT. THE POWER WINDOWS HAS BROKE FOUR TIMES. THE POWER LOCKS HAVE BROKEN TWICE. THE A/C WENT BAD AFTER 41000 MILES. THE FUEL SENSOR WENT BAD. THE LIST GOES ON & ON. WE WILL NEVER BUY A CHRYSLER PRODUCT AGAIN.

  • Nice Design Poor Build - 2003 Chrysler 300M
    By -

My 300M is a nicely designed car: good looking, comfortable and roomy. But the quality and reliability are awful. I have a 3 year lease which is about to run, and so far Ive had problems with: electric window (2 times), electric drivers seat, air conditioning compressor, and stereo speakers. No way will I keep it or get another.
