  • Really a great car - 1999 Chrysler 300M
    By -

Chrysler did a good job when making this vehicle. No problems at all. Really good snow traction. very comfortable to ride in, and it drives smaller than it is. Huge back seat. Fuel consumption is about average for a V6. Interior design is great. Build quality is good, not great. But thats light years ahead of any Ford or GM product of the time could say. The materials used for interior construction is realy good in some parts, barly okay in others, but they are in spots you usually dont touch. I think most people who purchase this vehicle will be very pleased. It deserves its "car of the year" award for 1999.

  • \Value for your dollar - 2001 Chrysler 300M

This car will exceed your expectations for a car in this class. The motor is strong and very reliable. The all trac system works on demand. The interior and comfort looks like an expensive european car. The only complaint I have is the drivers window is starting to make noise from the window rollers.

  • **BUMP** goes the OBD - 2002 Chrysler 300M
    By -

I just purchased this car and took it out on a rather bumpy road. Hit a bump and the orangy OBD (On Board Diagnostics) light came on [not to be confused with check engine] Thankfully it was just a sensor, and it was reset, but the car is built like an airplane, with a zillion sensors that monitor everything except what you are listening to. It adjusts temperature and seats, and this and that and wow is all I can say.

  • Too much fun - 2003 Chrysler 300M
    By -

Driving this car has been the a joy of a life time, the last time I had so much fun was in 1965 when I had a new Mustang fast back in Germany. Which can not compair to this rocket ship. The only problem I have had is that there is a left pull, and the front end shop says they cant set the caster, for there is no adjustments for it. The settings are reversed from what they should be (31/2 left 21/2 right. when I get this corrected I know I will be in love for sure.

  • Best car of the chryslers - 1999 Chrysler 300M

The 300M is the best car weve driven. Other than having to replace the radiator and replacing a bolt, weve had no other problems. It rides very smooth. I would recommend the 300M to all my friends and family

  • Still Own and Drive It - 1999 Chrysler 300M
    By -

We purchased this vehicle new in early 1999 and still own and drive it daily because it totally serves our needs. The 300M has been very reliable, still has solid looks and is very comfotable, economical but sporty.

  • My 1999 300 - 1999 Chrysler 300M

I love my 300m, but the dealor cant seem to fix those lovely squeeks or electrical problems.. It took them almost three years and two diffrent dealors to fix the drivers seat.

  • A great car except for a few nuisances - 1999 Chrysler 300M
    By -

Three perpetual problems: Brakes, front end alignment, and AC. Every year, I pay a different mechanic to take a shot at fixing these things. For a few months each year when everything works correctly, this is a fantastic car. The rest of the time, its an OK car that looks great and provides transportation. Mileage (21 mpg combined) is quite good for the size/weight/power of this car. Engine and transmission have been rock solid.

  • Why did they quit making these? - 2001 Chrysler 300M
    By -

Chrysler worked for years to perfect this car and once they did it they dump it and go to the 300C. Go figure. I keep thinking its time for a new car Im that way but when I take this car for a drive, I lose the urge to look for something new. I will be getting another car soon but Ill be keeping my 300M.

  • Great Expectations - 2003 Chrysler 300M
    By -

I knew that the 300M Special would be a great driving, and handling machine since renting a, 2000 300M in 2000. The Special has met, and exceeded that model in every way, and Ive only driven it 1500 miles! Plus, my graphite gray and charchol model is a great looker too! The only exception was that it didnt shift right until I changed the air filter, now it can show its stuff, and its tail. It has almost all the features that Specials come with except the Nav/Satellite radio, and U-Connect, both on my wish list. Space, looks, comfort, higher performance, and the bells and whistles, make this a drivers dream. Todays gas prices make it a real value too.
