Overview & Reviews
The 2005 Chrysler 300 is an all-new, rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan; it replaces the Concorde and 300M. In a clear move away from the cab-forward design theme Chrysler championed in the 1990s, the 300 represents the company's bold new direction and makes use of plenty of Mercedes-Benz technology. Available features include Chrysler's Hemi V8, stability control, side curtain airbags and, later in the year, all-wheel drive.
- Chiseled and masculine good looks, powerful V8 in 300C model, long list of safety features, plenty of luxury and performance for the price paid.
- Sluggish acceleration with base V6, limited transmission choices, complex stereo controls.

nothing like it - 2005 Chrysler 300
By newcardriver - August 12 - 10:00 amThis car provides an unbeatable combination of style, power, and luxury at an incredible value. If you have never owned or considered owning a Chrysler product, please compare this car to others in its price range. You will be shocked at what this car offers versus what you were prepared to get. Only get this car if you are prepared to stand out from the crowd of overpriced blandness and sameness.

By Madelynn - August 12 - 10:00 amI have never enjoyed owning a vehicle as much as this one. Its a luxury vehicle with "baditude". Its impressive, handles beautifully and is a joy to drive. Im very impressed with the quality of this vehicle. The gas mileage is wonderful. It holds the road and makes the driver feel safe. There is not one thing that I do not like about this car. Its like it was made just for me. Thanks!!

My Chrysler 300 Touring - 2005 Chrysler 300
By foxylady5858 - August 6 - 10:00 amIt is very comfortable and quiet, if going on a long trip you wouldnt get tired as there is alot of leg room both in the front and the back. It handles like a dream. If we were to buy another car later down the line it would certainly be another Chrysler 300 Touring.

JBHMI - 2005 Chrysler 300
By jboron - August 6 - 10:00 amAveraged 24.5 miles per gallon on 2000 mile trip with 500lbs in the trunk on half of the trip. Performance and handling was excellent even with the extra weight. The best traveling car I have ever driven.

BMW beater, awesome hwy car - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Miles n miles - July 30 - 5:43 am30,000 miles already in 8 months. 27 mpg. I do a lot of highway miles. Not a single major problem. Great BA sound system. I used to drive BMWs, in fact this 300 has more luggage room than a 740IL, it is as wide, only 8 inches shorter, the 2001 740IL costed 72 grand. BMW 740IL had a leaky valve gasket, VAnos problem, power steering leak, instrument display replaced, all at 40,000 miles. Talk about high maintenance. German or European cars are not all that they are cracked up to be.

300 touring - 2005 Chrysler 300
By outwest - July 27 - 12:09 amI was looking for a used car that was as good as a 04 Dodge ram diesel, in power mpg, I didnt want another repeat of the durango, then we had the p t cruiser, that tin box would be o k, if we stayed in the city, but on the road I did not like the risk, first I was surprised about this design on the 05 300, then I looked up the specs, better economy/power then the p t we had, and a real car, for a change, we installed yakohama h rated 215/65/17 tires and it is important to note the h rating, for the pure fact the car handles very well with these tires we bought the extended warranty , 23.6 mpg, however I was not driving with a steady foot, finally a real car true road car ,
