The 2005 Chrysler 300 is an all-new, rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan; it replaces the Concorde and 300M. In a clear move away from the cab-forward design theme Chrysler championed in the 1990s, the 300 represents the company's bold new direction and makes use of plenty of Mercedes-Benz technology. Available features include Chrysler's Hemi V8, stability control, side curtain airbags and, later in the year, all-wheel drive.

• Chiseled and masculine good looks, powerful V8 in 300C model, long list of safety features, plenty of luxury and performance for the price paid.

• Sluggish acceleration with base V6, limited transmission choices, complex stereo controls.

  I have owned many exotics and this is fun to drive and is very classy no matter where you go. It has plenty power when needed but choice fo a 8 cyl must be made to get full apreciation of car.

  I waited a long time for this car to arrive from the factory. I was becoming frustrated. After I took ownership of the car, I was so overwhelmed with the space, comfort and features that my frustrations disappeared. What an unbelievable machine! Ive been waiting for a great full-sized sedan for years and I finally found one.

  I was hesitant about buying another Chrysler product but the looks sold me. The car is amazing. Looks, rides, and performs like those luxury imports that are twice the price. If the reliability is as good. I will be a happy camper.

  First Hemi engine ever owned...my previous vehicle was a Corvette with 350hp...this Hemi has 340hp and moves fast considering the weight..hope the Hemi engine is durable...

  This cars unique style is what first drew my attention. I like the way it is a blast from the past in its design. The 300 Touring offers a nice smooth ride and the 250 HP V6 has ample power for the type of driving that most folks do. The power and larger body size does come with a price, I find that I get about 18-20 MPG in the city.
