Overview & Reviews
The 2005 Chrysler 300 is an all-new, rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan; it replaces the Concorde and 300M. In a clear move away from the cab-forward design theme Chrysler championed in the 1990s, the 300 represents the company's bold new direction and makes use of plenty of Mercedes-Benz technology. Available features include Chrysler's Hemi V8, stability control, side curtain airbags and, later in the year, all-wheel drive.
- Chiseled and masculine good looks, powerful V8 in 300C model, long list of safety features, plenty of luxury and performance for the price paid.
- Sluggish acceleration with base V6, limited transmission choices, complex stereo controls.

Ive seen the light - 2005 Chrysler 300
By EddieC - December 1 - 2:00 amThis looks, drives, and feels like a 60K sedan and cost half as much. The ride in this car is superior to the Lexus that I traded in and the performance is outstanding.

Treat Yourself (no one else will ;-) - 2005 Chrysler 300
By P. Goldman - November 30 - 2:50 pmPure joy. 60s USA muscle meets 21st century Mercedes hi-tech & refinement. Quiet, smooth, luxury comfort w/ enough get-up-and-go to scare my wife! Havent been in snow yet, but expect AWD offers the the same foul weather reliability as my old SUV. The "Bentley Lite" exterior styling is solid & bold, not stuffy. Per Car&Driver a Bentley has marginaly upscaled cup holders ... and can be yours for only about a 1/4 million more than a loaded 300C @~$40K. My advice: forget the "entry" models, spend $40K on a Hemi loaded up with options & feel like youre KING of the road! Without question the best luxury sedan value on the market by far - deserves its Car of the Year status.

A Dream to Drive - 2005 Chrysler 300
By rrichey - November 25 - 10:00 amI was in the eviable position of not needing to buy a car. But after seeing the 300C on the road, I had to have one ... and Im very glad I got it. Fast off the line acceleration, this baby has torque and horses to spare. The stumpy trunk is amazingly huge, and gets even bigger with the 60/40 split fold down rear seats. The GPS system and Boston speakers are awesome. Fantastic car!

My 300C - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Robert Statt - November 14 - 5:40 amWhen the 1955 Chrysler C300 was introduced 50 years ago, I wanted one. I was only 14 at the time, but that was my dream car. I finally got one. I have owned 27 cars since 1958, (mostly new luxury models), and this 2005 300C is by far the best of the bunch. It is high off the ground (you dont feel like you are sitting on the road), it is extreamly stylish, very powerful, and best of all very comfortable. It is quiet, smooth, and full of suprises. It is truly a "Luxury Muscle Car". It is my dream car.
