Overview & Reviews
The 2005 Chrysler 300 is an all-new, rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan; it replaces the Concorde and 300M. In a clear move away from the cab-forward design theme Chrysler championed in the 1990s, the 300 represents the company's bold new direction and makes use of plenty of Mercedes-Benz technology. Available features include Chrysler's Hemi V8, stability control, side curtain airbags and, later in the year, all-wheel drive.
- Chiseled and masculine good looks, powerful V8 in 300C model, long list of safety features, plenty of luxury and performance for the price paid.
- Sluggish acceleration with base V6, limited transmission choices, complex stereo controls.

It doesnt get any better - 2005 Chrysler 300
By dwaindc - April 21 - 2:00 amI traded in my 1999 Caddy STS and can say the 300C is more powerful, more exciting and has just as many "bells and whistles" at $20,000 less. Im 61" and dont have to slide the front seat all the way back for legroom. It has more legroom for rear seat passengers. My only concern is long term reliability, otherwise it is the best car I have ever purchased. Bottom line, this car excites me.

my 300 hemi c - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Mary - April 10 - 3:10 amI have owned two Cadillac Devilles this 300 C far out shines them in style and performance. I feel safe in the 300. This is the first vehicle that has given me that feeling since driving the cadillac. This vehicle has class written all over it. It is real competition for the others now.

Baby Bentley-Chrysler 300...WOW! - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Jane Doe - April 7 - 11:30 amBeautiful car at a great price....this "Baby Bentley" car looks like it costs $60,000 but I only paid $24,000. I have gotten so many compliments and head turns that it is not even funny...on my "cool vanilla" 300.

A best BUY for me - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Frank Scott - April 5 - 5:33 amI saw an add about this new 300 and it was a really nice looking car. When I saw it in person I knew that it was the car for me. I took it for a test drive and it was a great ride. I did a little research on the internet and found out there was a Signature Series available. I wanted to know what this was. When I saw it I said WOW what a Buy. GPS, Deluxe sound system, and moonroof, you can not with any other car beat the price. Go look at it and you will buy one. It looks better than my wifes Caddy. She is a caddy person and she was really impressed. Chrysler out did themselves on this car. They have a winner. The 3.5L 6 cyl is more than enough power.

Fun car - 2005 Chrysler 300
By oktxcajun - April 4 - 9:20 pmI also havea 06 LHS, 2000 LHS, but enjoy my 300C more, although the front seat are not as comfortable as the 96 or 2000. The electric seats do not move like the 96 or 2000. I like the 5 speed auto trans. The trunk space is quite a bit small that the previous LHSs. Gas economy is as posted on the window. I sure hope the lock selenoids are better that the 2000. I have replaced all four on the 2000 over the last two years.

Very Impressed - 2005 Chrysler 300
By DMS300C - March 22 - 10:00 amIve owned a 300C for 3 weeks. This is the slickest package of design, performance, options, and relative cost in the market. Its cabin is far quieter than its predecessor, the 300M. That car was fun to drive and competent, but you didnt feel like you were in a worldclass automobile. I test drove 3 Mercedes 2001 S class cars. The 300C is not quite an S class, but dollar for dollar in performance and cabin feel(comfort and spaciousness, not luxury appointments) its real good. For 40% the price, its 80% the car. The "Bentley on steroids" looks, and aggressive personality make this car really fun to drive.Chrysler has built 2005s car of the year.

This is one sexy car - 2005 Chrysler 300
By ANNIE - March 6 - 8:36 pmThis is one sexy car!!! What power! A real "guys car" but oh what fun for a woman to drive. A real head turner at every stop sign! I gave up my Lincoln Navigator for this - and never looked back!

300 C - 2005 Chrysler 300
By lmg5555 - February 28 - 8:26 pmThis is one great automobile. Ive owned a lot of performance cars (Corvette 427 - 390 hp, Pontiac GTO 455, 1967 Chev Impala - 427 -425 HP and 440 Dodge Charger)and this one ranks up there with the best of them! The best part of driving this vehicle is not on the interstates but rather the country two lane roads. Its handling and acceleration in passing is second to none. On top of all of this, its interior and exterior styling has it sitting comfortably in the luxury class. If I have one complaint it has to be with the height of the front end - you have to be very careful when diagonal parking tht you dont get your bumper hung up on the curb.
