Overview & Reviews
The 2005 Chrysler 300 is an all-new, rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan; it replaces the Concorde and 300M. In a clear move away from the cab-forward design theme Chrysler championed in the 1990s, the 300 represents the company's bold new direction and makes use of plenty of Mercedes-Benz technology. Available features include Chrysler's Hemi V8, stability control, side curtain airbags and, later in the year, all-wheel drive.
- Chiseled and masculine good looks, powerful V8 in 300C model, long list of safety features, plenty of luxury and performance for the price paid.
- Sluggish acceleration with base V6, limited transmission choices, complex stereo controls.

They need to build more - 2005 Chrysler 300
By grantfleet - July 22 - 10:00 amThe only negative about the 300C is its availability.Chrysler puts the hemi in so many models that the factory cant keep up with the demand.I had to wait 4 months for a factory order but woth the wait.Traded in my 2001 MBZ and felt like I "stepped up" in class...

Sounds Good - 2005 Chrysler 300
By georjudy - July 22 - 10:00 amFew incidents did occur under 2000 miles. The passenger side door had a hinge replaced due a loud clanking noise (factory default). Ok Now. Loud "Wistling" type sound at driver side at 65-70 mph. Still under investigation.

A very nice car - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Jesse A Thomas Sr. - July 9 - 11:06 amThe interior carpet should be a better grade it looks and feels cheap. The seats could have been wider and softer. they feel very hard. Other wise the interior looks very nice. The exterior looks very good and nicely put together. I have a 300C, it has very good power and transmisson. The tires are very cheap without a lot tread.

Cant wait for the SRT-8 - 2005 Chrysler 300
By TBear - July 5 - 10:23 pmWow this is an amazing vehice. First of all the performance will blow you away for a car of its stature. The styling is also a big plus. Also in both the front and rear legroom is ample.

Great Car for a Woman - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Barbara J. Fitzsimmo - June 30 - 8:46 pmNot only is this car georgous, but it is extremely comfortable, has great pick up (so I can get on those expressways), and reliable. My gas mileage is at 25 mpg around town and 30 on the road. My mechanic tells me that once I hit 10,000 m., it will get even better! I also like the fact that the control of everything is right at my finger tips. I dont have to take my hands off the wheel for hardly anything! Not one day has gone by that someone hasnt asked me about the car. They all fear that it is expensive because it looks so good! I assure them that the price is within the reach of almost everyone. We have owned many cars over the years, but I love this car better than any!

Most awesome car Ive ever owned - 2005 Chrysler 300
By RG - June 28 - 9:50 pmIve never had so much fun driving a car. Ive been driving for 40 years and have owned everything from street rods to luxury cars, but my 300C is by far the best all around car Ive ever owned. You cant beat the combination of head turning styling, comfort, roominess and awesome performance. I feel like a teenager again, always looking for an excuse to take the car out. My favorite thing about the 300C is the smooth raw power and handling on the highway, especially when you want to pass.
