Overview & Reviews
The 2005 Chrysler 300 is an all-new, rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan; it replaces the Concorde and 300M. In a clear move away from the cab-forward design theme Chrysler championed in the 1990s, the 300 represents the company's bold new direction and makes use of plenty of Mercedes-Benz technology. Available features include Chrysler's Hemi V8, stability control, side curtain airbags and, later in the year, all-wheel drive.
- Chiseled and masculine good looks, powerful V8 in 300C model, long list of safety features, plenty of luxury and performance for the price paid.
- Sluggish acceleration with base V6, limited transmission choices, complex stereo controls.

Rating the Chrysler 300Limited - 2005 Chrysler 300
By doug roark - March 28 - 10:00 amExterior design, general ride, excelleration, and handling are excellent. The interior could be upgraded somewhat. (2000 Chrysler LHS would rate higher inside.) Interior color selections are limited. Exterior colors are all very good! Would definitely recommend this automobile.

Who needs a Benz - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Percy Mccray - March 28 - 10:00 amHey who needs a Benz? I have owned 2 previous 300s, a 1999 & 2002 and I have absolutly loved both year models. I had decided that my very next vehicle would be an E-class Mercedes until I saw the new 300, but when I drove the new 300 I flipped my wig. Wow, what a ride and experience that test drive was. I literally test drove that car for 2 hours; I simply did not want to stop driving this vehicle. Chrysler stepped up to the plate and came up with something really special. The shift in transmission, smooth as butter, the extreme luxury feel and look is inpressive and eye catching. Style, equipment, and appointments for $35,000 still has me asking the question,"WHATS THE CATCH!" Mercedes Who

One of the Best - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Jim Hlavacek - March 26 - 6:16 pmNot since the 70s has an American automobile manufacturer produced a large sized sedan that has impressed me enough to own. The 300C Hemi not only feeds my need for performance, but does it with comfort, safety and style all for a price I can afford!

A definite Winner - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Ed Rezek - March 20 - 11:40 pmHave had a lot of luxury cars and this is the nicest surprise I have ever found in Fifty Years of driving. Meets or surpasses other high end cars by far. I get a lot more for a lot less with this 300C.

300 Reason why i like it - 2005 Chrysler 300
By JERRY GLUCKSMAN - March 4 - 9:46 pmIts fast, its flashy, its a bargain for the price. My wife drives an lexus ls430 it has a couple of minor toys the 300 does not, but it uses high test and has less horse power (290)the 300 uses mid grade and has (340)hp. Dont get me wrong the lexus 430 is a fine car. But at $25,000 less fully loaded the 300 is a steal. Iv had mine since oct. And it been perfect in every way. Jerry glucksman
