This Year's Model Updates:

The 2005 Chrysler 300 is an all-new, rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan; it replaces the Concorde and 300M. In a clear move away from the cab-forward design theme Chrysler championed in the 1990s, the 300 represents the company's bold new direction and makes use of plenty of Mercedes-Benz technology. Available features include Chrysler's Hemi V8, stability control, side curtain airbags and, later in the year, all-wheel drive.

Pros:
  • Chiseled and masculine good looks, powerful V8 in 300C model, long list of safety features, plenty of luxury and performance for the price paid.
Cons:
  • Sluggish acceleration with base V6, limited transmission choices, complex stereo controls.

  • Best car that I have ever owned - 2005 Chrysler 300

My 300C is one incredible machine. The performance is unbelieveable and you always have power, and then some, when you need it. No squeaks, rattles; just quiet. Gas mileage ranges from 19 to 21 mpg. My best mileage was 23.2 going between Stockton and LA. The cars ride is firm but comfortable. Seats could be a little softer. The only problem with car was some water had made its way into the transmission fluid. The tranny filler tube was resealed and the fluid was flushed. Not a single problem since. The steering feel is perfect. The brakes will stop you on a dime. The car is rock solid and a blast to drive. In short, buy it! You wont regret it!

This is one awesome vehicle. Ive driven LeSabres for 25 years and all I can say is GM had better get with it. Theyve lost one long term customer.

If youre reading these reviews about the 300, chances are youre probably thinking about buying a 300. Quit researching and go buy it. Now! I bought a 300C. What a great car! Dont let the affordability fool you. Its a lot more car than the price reflects. This car definitely puts a smile on your face.

This automobile is what I have been waiting for. Loaded with features and style but priced well under the Japanese luxury cars.

What a wonderful car. I have every option except for navigation. I have owned the 300 for 5 months now, and I havent had any problems. Ive made a cross country trip with it and do lots of city driving. It is the first car Ive had that does both very well. Also, it handles well in the mountains for being a large car, and the AWD has been great in the snow.

Safe, fun to drive. Good mileage for a car this size. Would certainly buy again. Good to see an American car with this kind of class.

The best car I have ever driven at any proce and that includes several Mercedes, BMWs, Jags, Porsches and everything in between. The car hits the bullseye in every sense.

I love this car. I had previously like the look of the 300; but am thrilled I waited for the "new" luxury edition. Proud to be American & Buy American

I traded in my SLS and bought this car. I have owned cars from 1962 to 1964 vettes to 57 chevys to 454 Chevelles LS6 and although I did not buy the Hemi I did drive one and with two small kids I went with the v6 do to pricing since I have a 6000 sq ft Victorian that costs more to keep up than any hot rod but the car has been awesome and even though its a v6 it still has the cool body and when I am crusing the highway at 95 it feels great. As for any law inforcent officers reading that I was just kidding. My father had a Rolls Royce and when I pull into my Grand Queen Ann I feel like I am in a Rolls Royce. I live in a very high end area and it gets as my stares as any high end cars on my roa
