The 2005 Chrysler 300 is an all-new, rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan; it replaces the Concorde and 300M. In a clear move away from the cab-forward design theme Chrysler championed in the 1990s, the 300 represents the company's bold new direction and makes use of plenty of Mercedes-Benz technology. Available features include Chrysler's Hemi V8, stability control, side curtain airbags and, later in the year, all-wheel drive.

• Chiseled and masculine good looks, powerful V8 in 300C model, long list of safety features, plenty of luxury and performance for the price paid.

• Sluggish acceleration with base V6, limited transmission choices, complex stereo controls.

  I also havea 06 LHS, 2000 LHS, but enjoy my 300C more, although the front seat are not as comfortable as the 96 or 2000. The electric seats do not move like the 96 or 2000. I like the 5 speed auto trans. The trunk space is quite a bit small that the previous LHSs. Gas economy is as posted on the window. I sure hope the lock selenoids are better that the 2000. I have replaced all four on the 2000 over the last two years.

  Ive owned a 300C for 3 weeks. This is the slickest package of design, performance, options, and relative cost in the market.Its cabin is far quieter than its predecessor, the 300M. That car was fun to drive and competent, but you didnt feel like you were in a worldclass automobile. I test drove 3 Mercedes 2001 S class cars. The 300C is not quite an S class, but dollar for dollar in performance and cabin feel(comfort and spaciousness, not luxury appointments) its real good. For 40% the price, its 80% the car. The "Bentley on steroids" looks, and aggressive personality make this car really fun to drive.Chrysler has built 2005s car of the year.

  This is one sexy car!!! What power! A real "guys car" but oh what fun for a woman to drive. A real head turner at every stop sign! I gave up my Lincoln Navigator for this - and never looked back!

  This is one great automobile. Ive owned a lot of performance cars (Corvette 427 - 390 hp, Pontiac GTO 455, 1967 Chev Impala - 427 -425 HP and 440 Dodge Charger)and this one ranks up there with the best of them! The best part of driving this vehicle is not on the interstates but rather the country two lane roads. Its handling and acceleration in passing is second to none. On top of all of this, its interior and exterior styling has it sitting comfortably in the luxury class. If I have one complaint it has to be with the height of the front end - you have to be very careful when diagonal parking tht you dont get your bumper hung up on the curb.

  Previous Lexus 430 owner. More leg room, equal ride. Loaded for half the price. Handling, turning radius superior.

  Have only had this vehicle for a couple days, but am loving every minute of it. This car gets more looks than Jessica Simpson in a two piece. Love the power and the fact that I feel I need to wear my Armani evrytime I am in the car. I have the navigation, and it is well worth the money along with the H.I.D lights.

  Fabulous, fast, and gorgeous. Better than an S class at half the cost. The torque and power are grin inducing every time I put the hammer down. The interior styling is Infiniti/Lexus elegant (a good thing)and no one can touch the exterior styling.

  The 300 is not only a smart car it is one Sophisticated automoblie on the outside yet sporty on the inside. Makes you feel great to drive it. This Auto has great control around cornors and in bad weather.

  Very nice car!! Needs back seat heaters however, and better designed cup holders. Also needs a locking gas filler door! For $37K you would think there would be a locking gas filler door!! Also needs DVD player option with the GPS feature, at least while the car is parked.
