Overview & Reviews
The 2005 Chrysler 300 is an all-new, rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan; it replaces the Concorde and 300M. In a clear move away from the cab-forward design theme Chrysler championed in the 1990s, the 300 represents the company's bold new direction and makes use of plenty of Mercedes-Benz technology. Available features include Chrysler's Hemi V8, stability control, side curtain airbags and, later in the year, all-wheel drive.
- Chiseled and masculine good looks, powerful V8 in 300C model, long list of safety features, plenty of luxury and performance for the price paid.
- Sluggish acceleration with base V6, limited transmission choices, complex stereo controls.

Stepping up - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Todd Kurzhal - November 28 - 10:00 amI have had many new cars over the years, but not since my 1994 Honda Accord. Buying this car was a step up for me because this car was $8,000 more than a new Accord. And even though I am sacraficing about 8 mpg compared to the Accord, this car has a far better ride with more room and is incredibly fun to drive. The 340 horse power drive train begs to be utilized and I do. This is the funnest car I have had since my 1965 Mustang. In addition to the comfortable ride there is plenty of elbow room. The dealership told me it rides on a Mecedes chassis which I thought had some value. I consider this car a real privalidge to own and I would recommend a test drive to the new buyers out there.

A dream ride that fits my budget. - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Spartan Class - November 28 - 10:00 amThe 300C gives powerful performance with luxurious feel. The sleek design foreshadows the Hemi-V8s acceleration and cornering abilities. You could not ask for more; and yet, the price is amazingly affordable in these difficult economic times.

No Name - 2005 Chrysler 300
By pizzimenti - November 28 - 10:00 amCar is very well designed and built. Eliminated road noise of previous 300M. Softer ride than 300M. Has looks and feel of lux car without the price.

Finnaly a great american car in AWD - 2005 Chrysler 300
By 300cAWD - November 4 - 8:26 amAWD is amazing, i tested both the rwd and awd, the awd is amazing on michigan roads and even helped when pulling out after snowstorm that michigan took. Amazing car and i am getting the tires replaced(not the rims) to 245x55x18 size. Better traction than the continetal and wider tread means more rubber on the ground. The visibility when looking out cant see the traffic light. But who cares when pushing the gas on the green is smooth. I use the auto-stick alot amazing power and tire streaks on the road.(HEHE). The interior is well done and no complains.

GREAT CAR - 2005 Chrysler 300
By bigcarguy - September 15 - 10:00 amChrysler has finally hit the top with the new 300C. It looks great, its comfortable, its quiet, and its got enough power to blow by all those civic drivers. The MDS system on the hemi is flawless. There is no way to tell whether or not the car is running on 4 or 6 cylinders. Best off all, if you turn off the traction control and punch it, be ready for some fish tailing. I have absolutely no complaints about this car!

My Dream of a well rounded Vehicle!! - 2005 Chrysler 300
By Military Man - September 13 - 10:10 pmBefore I left for Iraq, I totaled my car of seven year. I guess it was a blessing because when I first laid eyes on this care, it was my future in the distance. The power and design is what I was looking for in a car. The prestige and grace of the design is memorable of cars from the days of old. This car will last me for the rest of my days!!!
