This Year's Model Updates:

The 2005 Chrysler 300 is an all-new, rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan; it replaces the Concorde and 300M. In a clear move away from the cab-forward design theme Chrysler championed in the 1990s, the 300 represents the company's bold new direction and makes use of plenty of Mercedes-Benz technology. Available features include Chrysler's Hemi V8, stability control, side curtain airbags and, later in the year, all-wheel drive.

Pros:
  • Chiseled and masculine good looks, powerful V8 in 300C model, long list of safety features, plenty of luxury and performance for the price paid.
Cons:
  • Sluggish acceleration with base V6, limited transmission choices, complex stereo controls.

  • Great Car! - 2005 Chrysler 300

Purchased my 300c Used with 72,000 miles. It looks and drives like a brand new car. No clunky noises, squeaks or groans. Even who rides in it thinks its a brand new car. The ride beats and 5-Series BMW out there. Very happy with this purchase. I would recommend driving this before committing to a higher priced "luxury" car.

  • I LOVE MY CAR - 2005 Chrysler 300

I have had my car about a month. It drives like a dream. There is nothing I dont like about this car. I drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee for 9 years, the longest I have ever kept a car. It was great, but when I saw the new Chrysler 300 I had to have one. CC

  • Affordable Luxury - 2005 Chrysler 300

Unbelievable product for a reasonable cost. Chrysler has finally proven that an American car manufacturer can build an exceptional automobile at an affordable cost. Style, luxury, fit/finish and ride quality are second to none. The 300s distintive exterior presence draws immediate attention and when you add a well designed comfortable interior and outstanding ride quality as Chrysler has, you have just described the ultimate luxury sedan.

  • Popping Noise - 2005 Chrysler 300

Love this vehicle (Chrysler 300C with V-8 Hemi). Takes me back to the late 60s and early 70s, yet is thoroughly modern aesthetically and technologically. One problem--while driving along I hear a loud popping noise that sounds like a rock hitting the windshield; however, its not. Its as if the frame around top of windshield is stretching. Anyone else have this problem? What can be done?

  • love it but!!! - 2005 Chrysler 300

This car is awesome but it tends to pull to the right. I have had it in the shop and have been told there is nothing more to do. I took it somewhere else and they fixed it but it is starting to pull again. The style is beautiful. People look all the time. It really moves and handles well except for the pulling. I was told it is due to the hemi. Makes no sense to me. Beautiful classy car.

  • GREAT RIDE, Cant Hide! - 2005 Chrysler 300

This car has it all! Great ride and look. I took it to a car show just a week after getting it and felt sorry for the vehicles that were parked next to me and overlooked as EVERYONE wanted to look at my new ride! After 4 months I still have folks checking it out as I enter a parking lot or even stopped at a light. (Ive had some folks turning the corner looking at my car and nearly miss the turn). The ride is great! on the highway little effort on passing and when it drops into the 4 cylinder mode you feel no diference in the ride or power. Give it the gas and no problem getting as much speed as you want. The interior is very plush with the real CA. wood.

  • 300C - Excellence on wheels - 2005 Chrysler 300

This is the most noticed and complimented automobile I have ever owned. Luxurious on the inside as well as comfortable. Options to customize the comfort of the driver are remembered by the key. The new HEMI is fuel efficient by turning off 4 cylinders at crusing speed - you dont even notice. The long wheelbase and 20 inch tires provide not only comfort, but also effortless acceleration. You dont feel like you are accelerating very fast until you look down at the speedometer. The protection package is an engineering marvel. I cant tell you how pleased I am to own one.

Amazing machine. rides fantastic. fun to drive. everyone who sees this care love it. Even my kids think it is cool. I love the 30mph to 80 mph performance. When you ask for power she delivers.

  • Pretty Good Car - 2005 Chrysler 300

I am a 21 yr old male and I have owned this car 3 months, the only problem so far is the headlights went out, other than that it has been a good car. Chicks love this car, and everyone even people in BMWs have stopped me to ask what that is, and everyone thinks this is a 50,000 dollar car when its a 20,000 dollar car. I would not recommend getting this car, maybe later if gas ever drops. I am only getting 19 mpg.
