Soured GM Owner - 2003 Chevrolet Tracker
By JE Clary - July 16 - 2:00 amNo Bells or Whistles - very little in space needed, and very poor pickup in acceleration. After years of Gm satisfaction - this vehicle was a poor choice and poor dealer introduction to the few gadgets it has. Gas guzzler far exceeded the listing on the sticker, and I will never buy another again.

TRACKER - 2001 Chevrolet Tracker
By shouk - June 20 - 2:00 amWhen i had first bought this vehicle i had thought wow this is a pretty nice vehicle and enjoyed it. Then after owning it for approx. a year i started having many problems. The check engine light kept coming on, ALL the A/C and Heating elements needed replaced AND my driver side window stopped going up after owning this vehicle for 1 and1/2 years!

Best small REAL suv - 2003 Chevrolet Tracker
By clintondee - May 28 - 2:00 amDriving a SUV with a full fame is a real pleasure. First off you are much safer and the off road capabilities of the TRacker are great. It has a real transfer case and a true 4x4 system. Its great on gas (2wd) mode and is a real fun vehicle to zip around town in. Dont listen to the so called pros calling this truck "dated" they are comparing apples to oranges. The Tracker is about $4,000 less than the hondas and toy-otas. With rebates and low APR rates you cant beat the TRackers Value!!

Tracker Review - 2000 Chevrolet Tracker
By DirectorB - May 20 - 2:00 amWell I did put a lot of miles on it and it hasnt given me any major problems. But exterior is falling apart. The top is tearing up at the seams after 3 years and rear bumper has lost all of it screws. The interior was decent except that the window regulator went bad and the A/C fan doesnt blow. If you decide to get one, inspect it very carefully.

TRACKER THUMBS UP - 2003 Chevrolet Tracker
By rgray - May 16 - 2:00 amI HAVE HAD MY TRACKER OR SHOULD I SAY MY WIFE HAS HAD THE TRACKER FOR ALNOS A YEAR NOW. WE HAVE HAD ZERO PROBLEMS AND SHE WAS EVEN REAR ENDED WHEN THE CAR WAS LESS THAT TWO WEEKS OLD AND THE FRONT END OF THE OTHER CAR WAS TOTALLY GONE AND ALL WE NEEDED WAS A NEW COVER FOR THE REAR BUMPER, IT HAD A SMALL SCRATCH IN IT. THE ONLY THING I DISLIKE IS THE INSURANCE RATEING IS TOO HIGH WHICH RATE IN MUCH HIGHER PRIMUM. I PAY AMOST TWICE THE AMOUNT FOR INSURANCE ON THE TRACKER THENI DO ON MY TRAIL BLAZER. OTHER THAN INSURANCE IT IS A GREAT VEHICLE!!!!

joe - 2002 Chevrolet Tracker
By Robert Tango - May 11 - 2:00 amThe trim has some cheapness to it. The car was expensive in light of its subsequent, rapid depreciation. There was only one manufacturing defect.

happy track - 2003 Chevrolet Tracker
By tracker happy - May 4 - 2:00 amI have just perchased my 2nd tracker, I have a 2000 model and just bought the same 2003 model. WE REALLY LOVE IT! My 2000 model has never been in the shop, the gas mileage is great and I had a car accident 9k worth of damage and I walked away.I have to say that the tracker is worth the money and that is why we are buying again. Hope the new one has just as good of a TRACKER! record.

Underrated - 2000 Chevrolet Tracker
By tl1000s - April 26 - 2:00 amSolid vehicle. We have 2WD LT 2.0. Have had no problems in 2.5 years other than squeaky belts. Dealer has replaced pulley, Catalytic Converter and dressed the belts. I have my own spray on those humid days. Other than that minor issue - this is a reliable, reasonably well-built, utilitarian vehicle. Handles well but the 2.0 takes some planning on the freeway. I prefer BMWs but this little ladder-framed truck is okay to flip around. Just underpowered. Not an issue on fire roads and worse. Eats it up. Well-designed in that respect. Front seat are a little skimpy. Overall, get one. They are very undervalued on the used market.
